Boutique-Style Retreat in Reynolds Village

The Josephine is a beautiful townhome, located less than 10 minutes from downtown Asheville. Our home offers a comfortable and relaxing home base for up to 8 guests. Now welcoming up to 1 dog to stay!

We can accommodate up to 4 cars at our property. Our garage can fit 2 vehicles and our driveway can fit 2 vehicles.

You will enter our 3-story home on the lower level, either through the front door or from the garage, and find yourself in a spacious first floor foyer with a bench for sitting and a large coat closet. Gorgeous hardwood floors run throughout the home, with the exception of tile flooring in the bathrooms.

Take the stairs to the main living spaces, which features a large kitchen and dining area that opens to the relaxing living room. Our kitchen is fully equipped for all of your home cooking needs. In addition to beautiful granite counter-tops and large farm sink, you'll find plenty of dishes, spices, a coffee maker (and coffee), an electric tea kettle, toaster oven, microwave and high-end gas range and oven.

The living room couldn't be cozier with an exceptionally comfortable sectional couch, chair, smart TV and a mesmerizing 2-way fireplace (which also faces out to the large deck)! A powder room and laundry room conveniently adjoin the main living space.

A spacious deck features plenty of seating to cozy up around the fireplace or take in a beautiful mountain view sunset.

Just off the living room, you'll find our luxurious main bedroom with a King Casper Mattress (only the best for our guests!), a private bath with double-sink vanity, walk-in shower, water closet and huge walk-in closet.

As you reach the top of the stairs of our 3rd floor, you'll find a large built-in desk area, which has plenty of room to spread out if you work from home.

Additional guest rooms include a bedroom with two twins, and a bedroom with a queen bed and TV, and a small adjoining room with a twin day-bed (great for families with small children). A travel crib is available UPON REQUEST. A third bedroom, or "lounge room,'" as we call it, features a great space to relax and watch TV, or it can sleep one on the twin-sized lounge/bed. A full bathroom serves these rooms with a large vanity with double sinks, and a tub/shower combo.

This home is great! It was just as pictured, super clean, and very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Beautiful home with all of the amenities you would need. Bedding extremely comfortable,, lots of space, quiet but close to town - just the perfect location with gorgeous mountain views from the deck. Easily one of the nicest places we've stayed at and we'd love to be back again.

This property is modern, clean, great décor and one of the best VRBOs I have stayed in! Plenty of large spaces to spread out to relax or great wi fi to work from home. Jessica the property manager was so friendly, helpful, and attentive. I can't wait to stay there again.

Awesome Girls Getaway Trip

I stayed at this Woodfin property in mid October and had an awesome time as this was a girl's trip getaway! The property was very clean, provided everything we needed, and we were greeted with a nice bottle of wine and some chocolates! We enjoyed sitting out on the the patio to when it wasn't too breezy. We did not have to travel far at all to hit the scenery in Asheville!

Sisters Weekend!

Beautiful, spacious townhome (newer construction) in a lovely neighborhood! We could walk to restaurant and sports bar 3 blocks away! Very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Sat out on deck every night and watched sunsets over mountains! Close drive to downtown and attractions. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

The location of this property……quiet neighborhood, beautiful Mountain View’s off deck. It was very clean throughout,plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed using the deck the most for the cool weather. This property was 15 minutes from downtown Asheville to enjoy the restaurants and breweries and also close to Blue Ridge Parkway and lots of nature…..the Best of both worlds!

Fantastic home with a view

My family spent the long weekend in this home and it was perfect for all of our needs. It's incredibly close to the city and convenient to get to the highway for any destination. Jessica was incredibly responsive to our questions and she made sure everything was perfect - including making great dining recommendations prior to our arrival. We will definitely plan to return to this location on our next trip to Asheville.
