West Asheville Abode unit C

West Asheville Abode unit C is cute and cozy! Located in the back of the house overlooking the back yard, it is the oldest part of the house, built in 1905! It has been completely renovated, but still has a few quirks, like the slightly slanting floors! There is one twin bed and one queen bed in the bedroom, and another pull-out twin in the living room. With a bright and spacious bathroom, adorable kitchen and all new windows it is a perfect little cottage!
The space:
West Asheville Abode is 3 units in one house, each with a separate entrance. They can be rented together or separately. Unit A is on the left if you’re facing the house, B is in the front center and has an upstairs bedroom, and C is in the back on the right.
Guest access:
Each unit has its own entrance, kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. Each unit has a keypad lock and you will be given the access code on the morning of your arrival. Unit C is in the back of the house, close to off-street parking.

Perfect Location

This one bedroom unit perfectly suited out needs and was a perfect location! West Asheville is my favorite and being able to walk to restaurants/shops/markets was perfect. I also loved that the unit was dog friendly since we had our little dog with us. That is hard to find along with a great location and great price.

Good W Asheville Location

The property is within walking distance to many eateries, but also has traffic noise. The apartment floors were uneven & sagging a bit, which created tripping hazzards. The apartment was well appointed except for the coffee machine, which was finicky. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Great West Asheville Location

The property is walking distance to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. It is comfortable and clean. The listing is an accurate depiction of the unit. It is a house divided into 3 units. This one is on the side of the house and has convenient access to parking and the back yard.

This place is perfect for couples or solo traveler. The location is right on main street and everything you need is walking distance. Also the bonfire and the huge backyard is a plus. In conclusion the host was amazing and has great communication skills that was so helpful during our stay

Labor Day Long Weekend

We had a GREAT stay! A friends tip well spent. The location is great, responsive host, and a lot to see/do! We spent time hiking, white water rafting, brewery hopping downtown, and strolling West Asheville. Loved having such a quiet and quaint place close to the city and just a short walk to drive to anything you'd need! Looking forward to visiting again.

Great location!!

The unit was just as described and was perfect for myself and my two young adult kids for a weekend. Very clean! It was walking distance from some great shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to get downtown. There was a Brita pitcher filled and ready in the fridge, plenty of clean towels, and extra linens. Smart TV was good for when we got home at night and wanted to relax before bed. The AC was killer, so no worries there if you stay in the summer!
