Stroll to dinner at one of Ashland's finest restaurants or cozy up in the private outdoor living room. Expect thoughtful local touches and attention to every last detail. Soak in the beauty of bold design as you decompress in the large king bed. The Matriarch is our newest addition to the Swank House family.(#18-243)
The Space:
Suite 2 amenities include: Cal King bed, updated bathroom with tile surround shower. Small refrigerator, microwave and beverage station. We supply local coffee and an assortment of sweeteners and creamers. A private balcony patio with seating and shade for you to enjoy your morning coffee. Suite 2 is located on the second floor in the historical carriage house of The Matriarch. This building is detached from the original historic home. Please note that Suite 1 is located below you on the first floor.
Guest Access:
Access requires navigating approximately 8 steps to reach the second floor and would not be suitable for those with accessibility concerns.
The Neighborhood:
The Matriarch is located steps away from all that downtown Ashland has to offer. Park your car and walk everywhere! We are 1/2 block from our local Co-op grocery store and 1-2 blocks from local coffee, restaurants, shops and more.
Getting Around:
Walking is the preferred way to get around while staying at The Matriarch.
