GUEST NAMES: This resort is very strict about name changes. This rental cannot be transferred or sold to another party. Guest must be present with a valid ID and major credit card to check-in.

CHECK-IN: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM (please do not expect to be allowed to check-in earlier than that). Check-out: 10:00 AM. Although check-in time begins at 4:00 pm, you may experience longer check-in times between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm, as a great many guests arrive and attempt to check-in at this time.

CREDIT CARD: A credit card is required at check-in by property for an additional deposit (separate from the Owner's Damage Deposit) as security or for optional incidental charges.
