Great for downtown stay

Great for a trip with friends or family. Hot tub worked, cleanly. Note that one of the bedrooms is a loft. Would love to stay again!

Our family had a wonderful stay over the Holidays. Plenty of space and we really enjoyed the ability to walk to everything we wanted to do. Dennis was very easy to reach and got back to us right away with answers to any questions.

Fantastic place in perfect location

We had a fantastic time at this house - the location was absolute perfection - we walked everywhere from the ski lifts to restaurants and shops. The house had plenty of room for our family of 8 and lots of places to gather after our days on the slopes. Having the hot tub made for a perfect way to unwind after skiing and before heading back in to town for dinner. Would definitely stay here again when heading back to Aspen.

Perfect house for family of four in Aspen

Loved this house!Perfect layout for family with college aged kids. Plenty of room for all including two areas to relax. Awesome fireplace with plenty of wood ready to go. Large hot tub ready also! Short walk to all restaurants yet on a quiet road. Appreciated having plenty of towels and coffee mugs! Wonderful stay!

Wonderful Family Home Experience

My wife and I, with occasional visitors stayed in this wonderful family home in June of 2018. The home is very spacious with a lot of cozy spots to relax. We so enjoyed our time on both the front porch and in the delightful back yard. Also, the home is very close to many hiking and biking paths, just a few steps from many trail heads. The owners, Dennis and Leah were so nice to deal with throughout the entire rental process. In the end, we feel more like family, than guests. On arrival we found more than ample supplies and drinks to get us started. It was a nice welcome after our journey to Aspen. The home is very close to the core of town, actually an enjoyable short walk prior or after evening activities. The neighbors all around were all so kind and friendly. They all hold Dennis and Leah in high esteem and offered to help with anything we might need. Like we said earlier, we felt like family in our home away from home. We can only speak of this home and our experience there in superlatives. Thanks again, Dennis and Leah, Best Steve and Enee

Awesome house - close to town and slopes!

It wouldn’t let me submit but here is what I wrote: We just got back from our stay at this house and had such an incredible time! The house was very comfortable and fit our 9 person group perfectly! The house couldn't be in a better location and is a short 10 minute walk into the center of Aspen and the gondola that takes you up to Ajax mountain. Not only was the house amazing, but Dennis, the owner, was very helpful and always willing to offer suggestions or help us out with any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Aspen Long Weekend / Winter 2018

Spent a long weekend here in January 2018 and it was great. The location of the house is fantastic (right in town) and the house itself had everything we needed (comfortable bedrooms, living space, nice kitchen). The owners are quickly responsive to questions and very easy to deal with. I would definitely return.

Our favorite place to stay in Aspen

We are a group of guys from California, New York, Texas, Norway, and Sweden who have our annual reunion once a year in Aspen. We have been doing this every year for 7 years and most of those years we have stayed here. We love it! Especially for a group of people who are all independent and prefer to come and go as we please, this is the perfect location. It's a 10 minute walk to everything in Aspen, including the gondola on Ajax. It's a 2 minute walk from the bus stops to Highlands and Snowmass. The house itself is old school charming, a classic Aspen victorian inside and out. Our favorite features in order of importance: 1. The front porch. This is where we spend most of our time looking straight up onto the runs and chatting with anyone that walks by. Often locals walking by will join us for an hour or two. We'll pull out a chair for them and offer them a cold one. 2. The hot tub. Every morning before breakfast and every late afternoon after skiing this is where we soak and get relaxed and ready for our next adventure. 3. The fire place. Nothing like a big fireplace in a small living room. Late in the evening when everyone is back we're all gathered around it telling tall tales. 4. The Sonos. Music is absolute key to setting the mood and all of us have Sonos at home so it works out perfectly, except when battles start over who's controlling the music. Big thanks to the owners who are always warm, friendly, accommodating, and all-round great hosts!

Perfect Location, Lovely Home

This home is exactly what anyone needs if they are planning on traveling to Aspen. Although from the front the house looks quite small, it was very large and spacious once inside. It has wonderful views and is SO close to Aspen Mountain. Just a few short minute walk downtown and a 5 min bus ride to Buttermilk Mtn. The hosts were extremely accommodating and generous. 10 out 10 would recommend staying here.

This was an absolutely beautiful place in great shape, the hot tub has amazing views of Ajax mountain. Right close to everything downtown, food, drinks, and much more. Friendly owners that helped so much and were very accommodating in informing us with everything! Thank you and I HIGHLY recommend this place if you have the opportunity! Fantastic location & very spacious

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway. It was conveniently located right in town. We were able to walk to bars, restaurants and the slopes. Parking was no problem and the hot tub in the backyard was fabulous. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It had everything from wifi to extra towels which made our stay very comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised by the amount of space the home provided. We had a great time and look forward to staying there again soon!

Perfect for family ski week.

My family (ages 15 and up) stayed here over the New Year holiday. This house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is an easy walk to town and the Snowmass bus-stop. It is a very comfortable house with a pleasant wood-burning fireplace on the main floor. It has plenty of space, and very much met our needs for a family ski week.
