This 3 bedroom condo is located in the heart of Aspen, walking distance to the Gondola (1 Block), restaurants, and shops. Ruby Park Transportation Center is also 1 block away and offers free bus service to Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass. Outstanding views of Ajax Mountain from the front deck, and views of Red Mountain from the back deck! Enjoy all that Aspen has to offer including over 100 world renowned restaurants and bars, in addition to world class shopping. This historical mining and ski town hosts various events and festivals throughout the year including World Cup Skiing, the Aspen Music Festival, Aspen Ideas Festival, the X Games, WinterSkol, and special holiday events including the annual 4th of July festival and fireworks.

I recently returned from a ski trip to Aspen with some friends and this unit was an excellent home base. The location is simply unbeatable. Right in town and a short walk to the gondola or bus terminal. While the decor is not fancy - it has everything you need and everything worked fine. The entire building is under construction but it doesn't really impact the unit - and the workers removed a scaffold that was blocking our view (which is awesome) as soon as we asked. Finally, our flight out of Aspen got cancelled and we were in a jam, but the owner and property manager were easy to contact and were super accommodating by letting us stay an additional night. We will definitely try to rent this unit again on our next trip to Aspen.

Downtown convenience

Great place and lives up to billing and description. Very convenient to all Aspen has to offer with restaurants and skiing all within 3 minutes walking. Also the shuttle to the other mountains is 75 yards from Condo. Look forward to renting again in any season!

Perfect location, nice place

This is a great 2 story apartment located about 2 blocks from the gondola. Really couldn't be placed any better. It was clean and they had everything we needed to cook and enjoy some meals, including a bunch of spices, coffee, oil, etc. Parking was tight but worked for our Toyota sequoia. There's no hot tub but the W hotel has a rooftop one, with a bar, that should be on your list (great for after skiing).

Perfect Location

For location and convenience, this condo cannot be beat. Truly 1-1/2 blocks to the Ajax Gondola, and 1-1/2 blocks to the Rubey Park Transit Center for frequent busses to Snowmass, Highlands and Buttermilk. Also includes an indoor garage parking space. And there is truly a view of Ajax Mountain from the huge living room windows. Would definitely stay there again which is just about the best recommendation that can be made for lodging. It was perfect for our family of six adults consisting of us, our two adult sons and their two significant others.

Perfect Location

Our destination wedding group loved the location of this condo! We enjoyed grabbing coffee at Paradise Bakery each morning and walking to each event we had. However, I do agree with the cons listed in other reviews. It was incredibly hot while we were there so the lack of A/C had us all sweating (even with the fans). We had one sink not working but the building maintenance person fixed it rather quickly. I’ve also never complained about a bed being too soft until now! The dip in the middle makes it quite uncomfortable to sleep on for multiple nights. The garbage truck noises from the alley way were very loud each AM
 but it was otherwise comfortable and not enough to keep us away from this property! We would rent again purely due to best location and views! Thanks!

Perfect family vacation rental

We fully enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again next year! The location was absolutely perfect. The apartment is somewhat dated but we had everything we needed. We felt very safe and comfortable with our large group. Our only two-star comment is that the king sized bed was very uncomfortable! It is very soft and dips in the middle.

Aspen conveniently located and hide ur credit cards!

First off, it was our first winter vacation in Aspen. The view of the Aspen slopes was fantastic from the living room. However, unbeknownst to me, Aspen slopes only run Blues and Black Trails. My kids and I would tumble down the mountain trying to ski those slopes. So Snowmass and Buttermilk was our go to (disappointed that we had to drive instead of walk from the condo). The bonus plus about this condo is that right outside the elevator to the street is the corner Paradise Bakery where coffee, danish, and gelatos were sold. Made it very convenient for early morning coffee while everyone was still asleep and treats for the kids. Only thing the condo gets less than 5 stars is the coin laundry. We had a hard time getting quarters to do all the laundry. Other than that, the condo was very nice to stay for our ski vacay.

Aspen Rocks!!

We came for a destination wedding and couldn't have imagined a more convenient location. Right in the center of town with walking distances to everything in less than 5 minutes, we enjoyed the convenience. The condo was clean and was exactly as described. We did the hot air balloon ride, ebiked to Maroon Bells, hiking, and white water rafting. Overall it was a spectacular vacation!!!😊. Thanks 🙏

Great location, but with some warnings

From the outset, let me state up front that we throughly enjoyed our time in Aspen. As for the property, it possesses some real plusses and minuses. On the plus side, it is perfectly situated in downtown Aspen; I don’t think you could pick a better spot from a location standpoint. Also, the property was well appointed in terms of stuff that you might unexpectedly need. We visited Aspen when it was unseasonably hot; the property does not have air conditioning (not uncommon in Colorado) but it did have a number of fans that saved us. On the negative side: while the property itself is perfectly situated in core downtown Aspen, the building was a bit seedy. It is a multi-use building with commercial space below the residential space. There was a private elevator that was supposed to be secured nightly but that didn’t stop someone from relieving themself in the elevator. It was pretty disgusting. Also, the bedrooms in the back of the property are immediately below an alley with plenty of residential / commercial trash dumpsters (there is a restaurant at the bottom of the building). We were awakened quite early (5-6am daily) by garbage trucks, the smashing lids of the dumpsters, and other noises. And of course there was the smell that became an issue on occasion. Also be forewarned that the underground parking (also a plus) is quite small. If you are driving an SUV it will be quite precarious to park. So overall, great location but with some warnings to be heeded.

lovely condo in fantastic location- property management was responsive to our small issue, creature comforts of the condo were warm and inviting, technology for tv's and wi-fi worked as advertised without a need for a college degree. In all, our family loved the location, the unit, the parking place and would recommend.

Very happy with our stay!

This was a comfortable Aspen base for a 12-day work trip. Perfect location in the center of town, and well appointed. One minor observation - we couldn't figure out how to access the stairwell at ground level (we tried all the keys), and the elevator code can be a little fiddly after 9pm, but otherwise a great place to stay!
