The front door was broken. While we can allow for technical issues in a holiday, the staff was horrible. The door they redirected us to was locked, we had to find a local phone number to call so they could open it, then we walked half the building back to the desk. The check in lady just looked at me, no greeting, and responds that no rooms are ready, come back later after I state we're there to check in. 45 minutes later, we repeat all the above steps as the door is still locked, room still not ready. Wait another 15 min to be assigned a room. Next morning, same lady at desk, stars me down as I wait to check out. No greeting, no words, no nothing. Finally I ask what I need to do to check out. This is the worst customer service and I can only assume she doesn't enjoy her job. On a positive note: The room was clean and the beds comfortable.

Clean. Friendly. Convenient, right next to Safeway. Waterfront paved path, trolley stop. Great water pressure in shower. Windows open which is nice if you wanna hear the song of the seals when you sleep.

Very nice and very clean for this price point. The room was huge and the view was beautiful! We used the pool and hot tub and were very pleased with how clean we found it. We had a great time!

Very nice room with lots of space. View of the river was pretty good. Noise from the sea lions is loud but was not unexpected as we've stayed here before. We really enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Homeless people staying out or back window about 50’ away in the bushes made me a little uneasy. But the view was great. Comfortable beds and a nice hot tub. Bathroom tub was very outdated and water pressure low. All in all I’d recommend
