FREE WIFI, Nice townhouse in Athens city with 2 master king bedrooms upstairs each with private full bathroom, and a half bath downstairs! Washer/Dryer and 2 off street parking spaces plus garage. Ohio University's campus, the bike path, , Larry's Dawg House (yum, seriously!), Little Fish Brewery (way cool), Whites Mill (got to see it), all at or under a mile away! Also located close to the Ohio Health O'Bleness Hospital and Cornwell Health Center campus.
We are about 1 block from the Hockhocking Adena Bikeway. Ride your bike there, no car needed. This is also a great walking and hiking pathway that goes for miles. We are also very close to the Little Fish Brewery, ride you bike there, walk or drive. Very easy. Larry's Dog House, the iconic hot dog, lunch, dinner, soft serve milk shake haven is one half block away!

There are two dedicated outdoor parking spaces plus a garage for your use. If you are bringing bikes, the garage makes perfect storage or use it as an extra parking space.
We provide a coffee service with a Keurig machine and a Mr. Coffee brewer. Bring your own coffee or try ours.
There is a small private deck in back to hang out. The TV is located in the living room and is a state of the art smart flat screen with Hulu.
The bedrooms have black out curtains for your sleeping pleasure. Our furniture and mattresses are new.

OU Homecoming Weekend Fun

Another amazing and fun weekend spent in Athens and at OU for homecoming weekend. This townhome was perfect and not too far from all the action. Listing details were 100% accurate. Loved and appreciated the coffee supplies. Thank you! We may look to book again for next year.

OU weekend

Stayed the weekend with my husband and in-laws to watch our daughter run in Bobcats track meet. Great location, and very clean. This home had everyone you could need!! We will definitely stay again!

Great spot near campus

Great place less than 3 minutes to campus. Stayed here to visit our son who’s is at OU. Very impressed by the extras that they provided such as coffee, cream, sweetener, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. we stay a lot of places and those items were so helpful. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
