We had a great stay in Athens this past Bama/GA weekend at this lovely, spacious, well decorated property. We had a total of 7 people that stayed in the home and it was very comfortable and clean! I found the bed extremely comfortable, which is usually hard to come by when you are away from home. Do not hesitate to book this property. Jennifer was prompt on her responses and a wonderful host. Downtown is a quick 2-3 minute drive and close to campus. Thanks for having us!

Attending professional conference

We loved the clean, comfortable, and convenient 4-bedroom house, a great option to hotel rooms. Staying at this site allowed us to be 5-10 minutes from our conference in downtown Athens, while also providing a shared space for team building and planning. It was fantastic!

Wonderful house with terrific property manager

The property manager, Jennifer, is the best manager I have every had with a VRBO property. She responded very quickly to any and all questions I had. If I needed something at the house, she took care of it very quickly. The house matches the pictures. It is well maintained, clean, and in a conveniently located part of Athens. We will stay here again when our travels bring us back to Athens.

Amazing house and wonderful host

We went to Athens to surprise our daughter for her birthday and Jennifer made our surprise even better. She knew it was a special weekend and she sent a birthday cookie cake to us to celebrate. The house is in a great location, close to campus and it is so clean and welcoming. We will definitely be staying there a lot more in the future!

Perfect spot for Parent's Weekend

This house was perfect. Always difficult finding places to stay for games/parent's weekends. Lucked out finding this house. Hose is a great communicator and the house was supplied with everything we needed. Great layout for friends staying together or family. Perfect proximity to campus.
