Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
Malgré l’annonce de l’heure de notre arrivée, nous avons attendu une trentaine de minutes par une chaleur accablante pour accéder à l'appartement. L'état de l’appartement n'était pas irréprochable : le sol n’avait pas été nettoyé puisqu’il y avait des cheveux au sol, le rideau de douche était sale. Dans la cuisine, la cafetière et les dosettes étaient pleines de poussière et impossible d’ouvrir certains placards, en particulier le tiroir à couverts puisque les poignées vous restent dans la main. De plus, le premier matin, nous avons été réveillé en sursaut puisqu’à 7h30 le voisin perçait le mur pour installer sa clim. L'appartement est spacieux, la literie est confortable, le logement est bien placé, au cœur d’un quartier vivant, avec des commerces et les transports à proximité.
