By far the worst hotel I have ever stay at, along with the most rude front desk staff. I am a totally disabled veteran with a service animal, front desk clerk demanded papers on my service animal. She demanded for her to be informed about my medical condition. Charged for a service animal. First time and last time staying at this or any other property with the same name!

The hotel was dark and worn. Room heat/air conditioner was very loud, as was the refrigerator. The shower head had weak water flow. No streaming options on TV other than casting from phone.

We didn’t stay, booked online after trouble with our vehicle heading to see our son graduate from his Navy Bootcamp training and had to turn around and find a hotel near the dealership. Picked this one.. come inside after making the reservation to be greeted by the most unfriendly lady I have met in my entire life. Lobby smelled terrible as well. This particular hotel will not let you stay if you live within a 30 mile radius. In addition the customer service is absolutely awful.
