Room was great, staff was great. Only one elevator working on NYE and a fully booked hotel plus Parking was full were the drawbacks, but it was NYE. Although we had a space earlier, lost it when we went to visit someone at the hospital. Worked out fine ultimately though as we were able to use the retail spaces within the same garage for a reasonable rate but the fact that the hotel cannot accommodate all guests when full sort of put me off.

The rooms were clean. The kids enjoyed the game room area. And the fire pit was perfect!!! (They roasted marshmallows) I am a local and I will definitely recommend this place!! The food was good too!
