The property is located in a residential area about 750 metres from the nearest metro station. The property is well maintained and the apartment was well supplied. The elevator is small allowing only one person at a time if you have 2 or more pieces of luggage and you have to climb more than 10 steps from street level to get there. There are grocery stores about 400 metres from the property. You can easily get to everywhere you want to go in Athens using the transportation system.

Clean, comfortable, close to grocery stores, very helpful hosts. The apt is away from the center, but if you are comfortable using the local bus ( 5 or 11) or metro it is a non issue. Thanks again fora great 5 day stay.

Very nice inside,a bit concerned getting there, but Nick was very helpful when we tripped the stove power,close to shops,restaurants that served homemade yummy greek food and a stroll to the metro,better than the 3 star rating, only one recommendation, no tea towel to dry the dishes 😀

女性1人で6,7泊ほど滞在しましたが、とても快適で安全でオススメです。 強いて言うなら、観光中心部まで地下鉄3,4駅乗車マストな距離なのをまだるっこしく思う方はいるかもしれませんが、 コスパ含め補って余りある良い宿だったと思います。 まず部屋が全体的に使用感薄く、新しい印象で清潔。 キッチン・バスルームといった水回りもきれい。 自分は潔癖気味で日本国内のホテルでも身構えがちなのですが、清潔さの点で不満ゼロで感動しました。 冷蔵庫も庫内キレイかつ旅行中の自炊に十分なサイズ(たぶん70Lくらい)です。 基本は住宅街という感じのエリアで、ほど近くに23時頃まで開いてるスーパーマーケットや、日中は青空マーケットもやっていて、便利だし治安も穏やかな雰囲気。 ちょっとした水や消耗品の購入、お部屋の設備を使った自炊もやりやすいです。 管理人のNicholasさんもレスポンスが基本漏れなく&クイックで、 たとえば部屋の清掃をNicholasにメッセージでお願いしたら翌日にはちゃんと清掃スタッフを派遣してくれます。 *アパートメントのエントランスと部屋の解錠パスの連絡だけは、チェックイン当日の現地時間14:30くらいに連絡する運用っぽいので、それ以前にチェックインしたい人はご注意ください 総じて強くオススメします。
