This unit offers self-check-in. Should you need any assistance, I am accessible through the booking platform, text, and phone during reasonable hours.

Situated in the lively center of downtown Athens, this location is mere steps from outstanding restaurants, charming local boutiques, and the dynamic music scene. It's directly opposite the UGA campus and the famed Arch, with the added convenience of being atop a Target store.

This accommodation features self-check-in, providing building and apartment access through a keypad. Detailed check-in instructions will be provided before your stay. Situated in an ideal walkable neighborhood, all the attractions of Athens are just minutes away.

This chic, modern studio apartment boasts a complete kitchen, a full bathroom, and a queen-sized bed (60 inches wide by 80 inches long) for a restful stay. It features bar seating for two, ideal for dining and casual bites. The apartment's contemporary and eclectic decor creates an inviting and enjoyable ambiance.

Its excellent location provides unparalleled access to all that downtown Athens has to offer, situated just across from the UGA campus.

Furthermore, the building includes a communal laundry room (coin-operated) on the second floor.

The downtown area is highly walkable. While there is no designated parking, two parking garages are available within one to two blocks of the building. For added convenience, there is a loading zone directly in front of the entrance for dropping off luggage.

The condo does not offer onsite parking. However, there is a designated unloading area in front of the building, and two parking garages are available within two blocks. The rate is $2 per hour, capping at $15 per day, with each new day beginning at midnight. Note that parking rates may increase during special events.

Such a cute little place, the bed was super comfortable, it was pretty clean overall, they had a sound machine located next to the bed for the noisy street, but I slept like a baby. We had a concert at the George theater, and everything was in walking distance. Definitely would stay here again.!

We only stayed one night but the location was great despite some construction that closed some sidewalks. Well located within walking distance. Some parking would have been nice.

Best Location for UGA Parent

I drove with my son from CT to GA for his senior year at UGA. We have stayed at many places in Athens the past several years, and this was BY FAR the best location! I did not need a car because the apartment was right in the center of the action. I am looking forward to bringing my husband next time!

Prime location for sure!

The best part of my stay was the room it's self. Stylishly decorated, with all amenities seen to, it was comfy and cozy. Only downside is the prime location. No private parking. But with everything you can want right outside your door it's forgiven. I'd stay again for sure!

The place is the perfect location and is very cute, but the mattress is awful. I don't think it's a real mattress, and the bed is small. Also there is no parking, you have to fight for a meter spot and stay on top of paying it. You can hear trucks all night, not quite sure how that many trucks need to back up (beeping) and unload things right there but it seemed like a ton.

Wonderful space in Old Town Athens

We loved the studio vacation rental and the area of Athens that offers so much to see and do in this college town. Our single complaint was checking into the rental as the drop off zone was in a construction site so we had to park nearby in a lot and walk a few blocks with luggage and dog. The code for the front door to the complex didn’t work and as it was the same code for the elevator, we had to walk up 3 flights of stairs with luggage and dog. Once we entered the studio apartment, all was well and we enjoyed the interior as well as the local area with shops and restaurants!
