Our trip/stay was more so of an emergency since our c ar broke down. We got there around midnight and they let us fix our car in lot. Very nice and clean.

Great hotel for the price

My son had his Ohio University orientation and I decided to stay in the hotel rather than in an OU dorm. The hotel is no frills, but great for the price. The room was clean and quiet. The family who run the hotel were nice. Breakfast was a little too basic, prewrapped muffins and donuts and coffee and tea, but no milk so I ended up going elsewhere to eat.

The property was clean, and the staff was friendly. The main complaint was that you should not say that breakfast is included if you only serve a bowl of fruit, yogurt, and Dollar Store packaged donuts and muffins. As well, during our 2 night stay the wifi was not the most efficient.

Nice room, bathroom could use an update

The bathroom had tiles missing underneath the sink and the drain in the middle of the bathroom floor was corroded. The bed and pillows were very good. Very quiet. Could have used some kind of hook on the back of the bathroom door for our toiletry bag. Room itself was clean.

I rented 3 rooms through Expedia for graduation weekend. Due to circumstances beyond my control, only 1 room was needed for 2 nights, not 3 rooms. I understand that there was a “no refund policy after April 2, and the rooms were to be used May 2&3, but having a no refund date 1 month before the rooms were to be used seems excessive when almost every hotel gives you a refund if the cancellation takes place 24 hours before. It’s not a customer friendly policy and the manager was not sensitive to the fact that we couldn’t use the other rooms. Expedia tried to step in but there was no flexibility unfortunately. I will consider it a lesson because of the large amount of money I lost and will not use a Super 8, privately managed hotel again.
