Welcome to Apartment SG69 – a unique, spacious residence offering great views of the Acropolis, Filopappou Hill, and even the sea!

With three bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom (plus WC), the apartment is ideal for families, couples traveling together, or groups of friends who want to share a space without giving up comfort or privacy.

The apartment offers excellent internet speed and is fully air-conditioned. It is located on the 6th floor of a primarily office-use building with elevator access and is just a 14-minute walk from:
• Acropolis Museum
• The pedestrian path leading to Acropolis Hill
• The historic Plaka neighbourhood

Syngrou-Fix station (red line) is a 4-minute walk away, and across the street (Koukaki area) you will find a variety of restaurants, cafes, and all kinds of shops.

We had an excellent experience with this host. We set up transportation with them to pick us up at the airport when we landed in Athens and then to take us back to the airport a few days later. Property was very clean and welcoming. Apartment is on the 6th floor but there is a small elevator. Full kitchen. Loved the balcony. View was amazing. Central location to bus stop. Walkable distance to the Acropolis. Air conditioning worked great. Only downsides were that it was on a very busy/noisy street and there was someone who was smoking on the stairs between the 5th and 6h floor so you could smell the smoke in the unit. The host has no control over these issues though so did not want to penalize them. Highly recommend this property! Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a nice feature.

Great property, couldn't have been better. Incredible view of the acropolis. Moderate walk to everything you want to see. Highly recommend the restaurants and tavernneas in the area 5 blocks towards the acropolis.

This Apartment was well situated, not very far from Plaka and nice food market and pastry nearby. Too bad , sewer smells and dirty stairways when you enter the apartment! We noticed that the same points i read from other reviews were not been set ex: Fawcet was extremely loose in one bathroom, bath towel support in the shower too loose to use it, toilet paper support the same, too bad because all the rest was ok nice and clean! If these points had been repair i would give it a 5 stars! The view on the balcony was stunning : Acropolis in front of you . . Spectacular!

Great Pre-cruise Stay!

We are a family of four adults… My husband and I and our 22 year-old sons… We stay here for three nights before boarding a cruise to Athens and everything was wonderful! Our host was super helpful in helping us arrange transportation both from the airport to the flat and from the flat to the cruise port. The apartment was spacious and clean and an easy walk or Uber ride to everything we could possibly want to see not to mention that our host restaurant recommendations were fabulous!

Our stay was great! The apartment is in a busy neighborhood that is a little older. However we found great restaurants nearby and its proximity to the major landmarks, and the VIEW are both on point! The A/C was cold, we were able to wash our clothes and hang them out to dry, we had warm water for all our showers. I would easily stay again. I would recommend bringing a few extra towels if you feel the need for a lot of towels.

We were so very happy with everything about this place.. cleanliness, location and comfort. It was perfect for us 5.. very close to plaka and very safe location. I would make sure to buy napkins or paper towels when you get there. It was very hard to clean up anything. Other than that. We loved it! The balcony was my favorite!

The apartment was very spacious for our extended family of 6 traveling. It was an easy walk to the Parthenon and restaurants. The apartment was very clean. We don’t plan to travel back to Athens but would recommend this apartment to others.

Great space for a family vacation

We enjoyed our time together in this beautiful city. We’re a group of siblings and spouses, so the bedroom and bathroom combination was perfect. We enjoyed the deck at night, and the apartment has all necessities and was very clean. It’s well located for visitors to enjoy PLAKA as well as the Acropolis.

Great hosts and great space!

Our flight was delayed for half of our party of six, but the hosts could not have been more accommodating with our prearranged pick up. They kept in touch with us and helped us even with a four hour delay and the loss by the airlines of one of our pieces of luggage. We were well taken care of!

Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for family!

We enjoyed our stay. We are a grandmother traveling with three young adult grandchildren. The apartment gave us plenty of space and privacy. The balcony was outfitted with comfortable couches where we could enjoy the view of the Parthenon while eating.

Overall the unit was as advertised. The one complaint was the size and condition of the showers. The 2 smaller bathrooms had shower stalls so small it was difficult to wash properly. The master bathroom had a lovely glassed in shower stalls with plumbing fixtures that needed repair.

First time in Athens, Greece, and first time renting a property there. Absolutely impressed from the beginning. Owner has very good communication, and accommodated us coming in early. We were visiting with another couple, and very much enjoyed our stay. Note: if you’re visiting from the United States, please bring a European charger. Other than that, I wish we could spend more time there.

Fabulous apartment for a small group

I was traveling with colleagues and this apartment w 3 beds and 3.5 baths was perfect! Beautiful view of the Acropolis and close to the Plaka! Would stay again!
