I came from out of town for my birthday and although the place looked exactly like the picture, there was major issues that I cannot look past. Before i left out of town i had texted multiple times through the app, in which she didn’t answer until i called her. Same thing for when i arrived in Atlanta.. They had a serious gnat issue. Im not sure if that was do to a lack of cleaning, which there was or the pipes in the building but we were fighting them the whole trip. Once i got her number, she was answering fast and came to lay traps down and to make sure they were dying. There was a dirt ring inside the tub that i had to scrub out prior to using it. The sheets didn’t appear to be clean so when i went to change into the replacement ones, they were too small. The paint on the walls didn’t necessarily bother me but it does need a new coat.

Disappointing

First and foremost, the host was great, responded very quickly when we needed her. Loved the location and great parking. Thank you for the opportunity to stay at your place. However, the furniture on the balconies were dirty. There was only one wash cloth for three people The blanket in the living room made my skin itch unfortunately. The roach baits should have been placed in an area where it was not so visible to the guest. (Kinda gross to see) We were asked to wash the towels at check out. We took a shower that morning and did not have time for laundry. Unfortunately the place was disappointing for us. For guest who prefer to read, a binder with check-in, check-out instructions and food places and attractions in the area would be great to see in the apartment. My suggestion for the host is to clean the balcony, and the food area. There was old food items in the food area. You have a lovely place, but there were dozens of little flies all over the apartment.

The check in was a lot 2 gates then when we did get settled in the room there were roaches all over the kitchen in a 20-30 minute period saw 4 crawling in the counters. The decor was nice but not as clean as the pictures . Host did communicate great and helped resolving issues.

Great layout!

I really enjoyed staying here, I relaxed right in almost immediately! Cute decor, fabulously comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. I loved sitting on one of the 2 balconies just watching the World go by, a little noisy outside but pure entertainment! It could of been a little bit cleaner but I’m somewhat of a nut about cleanliness and had it up to my satisfaction the first day! I will definitely stay here again!
