It was our first time traveling to Atlanta and I just have to say Julie was a sweet heart. She was so welcoming, her hospitality was 10/10. She made sure to get me and my boyfriend right! She made my whole day. The stay here was incredible even better than the pictures. Also the other staff were friendly and guided me and gave me a small tour where everything is. I would definitely come back. Especially because it’s in the heart of Down town Atlanta.

The hotel service was good. The valet service that’s $72 was trash. Take forever to get your car and that’s if you get it. One night I couldn’t. Waited a hour then they said give 5 minutes. And I finally just walked to where I wanted to go and came back and the car had never came.

We had a wonderful stay, and everyone we encountered was excellent. I would especially like to recognize an employee who went above and beyond to assist me after I accidentally left my phone in an Uber. Although this situation was not related to the hotel or its services, Camille Taylor and the manager on duty were extremely caring and courteous. Camille even used her personal phone to contact Uber support and help connect with the driver. I was very panicked and upset over my mistake, and both of them were kind, patient, and helped keep me calm during the situation. Thank you so much for the exceptional care shown. The hotel is truly lucky to have Camille as an employee.
