Overall we had a great experience at this property. The staff was amazing! I was very happy to have a Starbucks on location. We had a great experience dining here. The bathroom could have been cleaned better.

The hotel has changed alot since I last stayed there back in 2012. One thing, the room service person was a bit rude. Not pleasant on the phone at all. She sounded like I was disturbing her or something. Secondly, I remember when room service meant a rolling trolley with a white tablecloth, dinnerware, glasses, salt and pepper shakers, napkins, etc. Instead this guy shows up and shoves a bag at me like he was delivering from Door Dash or Uber Eats. What the heck happened to in-room dining?? The TV had issues in that it wasn't calibrated properly. The color balance was way off so skin tones looked super reddish. I don't know...this is NOT the Marriott Marquis I remember.
