I received a call at 4:20 (check in is at 4) on the day of check in informing me that my stay was overbooked. They offered me a 3 bedroom condo for my stay which is a bedroom less than what I needed. Upon arrival the unit was absolutely disgusting. Smears, debris, hair etc was all over the floors. We saw/killed several roaches. Several holes in the walls. Just disgusting. My family and I left the following morning and made several attempts to contact the company to let them know of the conditions and that we would not be continuing. I did not receive a call back until Saturday afternoon where I was told a supervisor would be contacting me about a refund. I have still not heard anything else from Cire Homes.
Roaches were in the kitchen and hallway. This is the last one we saw.
Debris on the floor
Stains on every radiator this one was the worst.
Walls have never been cleaned just painted over

Excellent communication, house had all amenities plus more. Very clean and comfortable beds as well. We came with our family of 6 and there was more than enough space for us all. Highly recommended!

The place was perfect for what we needed. The area and location was fantastic. House was cleaned and well stocked. The only issue was 1 access code per day for the entrance gate coming into the neighborhood. We had multiple cars and there was only 1 fob to come and go. So the other car had to be in before 10pm.
