It is easy access off I75. The staff was very helpful and although close to the interstate, we couldn’t hear traffic inside the room. Our pet-friendly room was close to a grassy area.

My room stay was not that great. Pros: the bed was comfortable and great to sleep on. (2) The tv was a great size with clear quality. (3) The breakfast was good however the sitting was quiet small. Con: (1) The room lighting was very dim in the room but especially in the bathroom. (2) The bathroom sink keep spilling water backwards when we would wash our hands which was often. (3) The bathroom tub kept backing up even when the shower was on for 1 minute and I knew this because I timed it. (4) At first glance the bathtub looked unclean but it was chunks of paint chipped off in the tub. (5) The room was stuffy and dusty when we walked in. (6) One of the biggest complaints about this room was the air conditioner. This ac smelled really bad like a funky wet smell. The smell would be really strong at night and it caused me to be nauseous and to get headaches at times. The smell would come and go but when it started it was very strong and pungent. (8) Also since our hotel room was in the back you could hear cars driving by on the highway clearly while in your room because the room door was not sealed properly. I only stayed for two nights in room 128 in the back of the hotel. I really wanted to like this hotel because of the great reviews and because I’ve stayed in great best western hotels before but this hotel room 128 was not a good stay. Also when checking out I asked for a receipt which I have yet to receive via email.

Hotel and room were clean, staff was friendly, and amenities were good. The area outside was a bit sketchy with people constantly walking outside at night but otherwise it was pretty quiet. The hotel room itself was pretty dark, the bathroom didn’t have much lighting so it’s hard to see well when you’re getting ready in there. Complimentary breakfast was good and had a wide variety of options.
