Inside, enjoy a chef’s entertainment kitchen, game area with PS5, separate pool table lounge, and a private gym with weights and Peloton. This home is full of thoughtful touches like blackout blinds, fiber internet, multiple 4K TVs, and family-friendly amenities ensure both comfort and convenience.

House Rules & Helpful Info:

Accurate guest count is required per our booking policies (includes overnight guests and day visitors).

-No wild parties allowed at all. Small events are allowed with prior approvals!

--No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside or outside on the property. No vaping, or hookahs allowed inside on the property. A $750 cleaning fee applies for violations.

-No professional photography or filming without prior written approval.

-Fireplace: Please DO NOT use the fireplace!

-Trash & Recycling: Please remove all trash, including any food left in the fridge, and place bagged trash in the outdoor bins.

-Recycling does not need to be sorted, except for bottles and cans that are refundable in Georgia. These can be set aside—feel free to return them to a local redemption center, or housekeeping will collect them.

-No Fireworks: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.

-Damage Policy: We understand accidents happen! Please report any damage right away so we can address it quickly and prevent further issues.

-Starter Pack: Ohana provides a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Guests are responsible for replenishing the following items as needed.

-Mosquito/tick repellent

-Personal hygiene items

Grill Use: If a grill is available, please do not move it and keep it 5–10 feet from the house at all times. Kindly clean the grill after each use.

If propane runs out, please contact Ohana customer service for a replacement.

-Please: Flush only toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, or other items.

-Avoid driving on or parking on the lawn.

-Be mindful of water usage.

- Please be mindful & respectful our neighbors during your stay.
