Old property--feels worn. I would not rate this as a 4-star property. Rooms need attention. Mattress was rutted. Bathrooms are very small. The lobby is huge and has potential, but is currently underutilized for guests. It feels like it's mostly used for conferences.

Paid for a balcony and after 3 room changes still didn’t get a balcony, room we got had a window that took us 15 minutes to finally get locked. Sound from vents in bathroom kept family up all night! Lobby area nice. Rooms need updated And windows!

The property is old and smells like roaches, the room we had 439 dirty carpets, the entry door doesn’t open easy you have to push hard to open it the tub was ok and has rust stains the a/c never worked it was so bad I left with my family at 5am it has a nice pool are indoors and outdoor but the water was extremely cold and murky look dirty. Would never go back there or recommend this place lost my money.

I really really enjoyed this hotel. Only thing that was odd was the elevator. It was extremely slow sometimes taking minutes to close, but other than that, the hotel was extremely nice. No complaints. I love the free parking and the shuttle to and from the Truist park. Plus I like they had an indoor hot tub.

We don’t care if you use a third party booking

Nice room. Rolling bed also comfortable. Service was a mix bag: reception desk sucked (they gave away my room - double- because I booked thru hotels.com. When I asked why, they told me they overbook and I could cancel… I called Hotels.com and got an early checking (after a different person at the desk took pity on us…). Elijah was the best! Shuttle was convenient. Parking great. One of the elevators’ doors did not work properly, but we managed. So the only issue was the disregard for a reservation that we did months in advance just because we did not book directly with the hotel.

Lumpy mattress, broken lumps, dirty outdoor pool, spotty internet, indoor pool suppose to be heated the heating was broken, the hottub was green and filthy, one of the elevater was broken. Misrepresented the balcony is less than two feets deep, the bathroom is so small that you can't close the door
