Slow check in but when we got to Felicia she was awesome. We got to our room and realized the lock wasn't working. I went right to her.
I am a first floor only person and she figured out how to make that happen for us. When i spilled wine on the floor in our room, i was relived that when i cleaned it up there was no dirt. They actually clean the floors. The big problem here is the nasty guests who leave trash in the parking lots and bathrooms. I feel the the property manager could do a better job staying on top of it. I used the interior restroom by the pool before sheckout and there were towels everywhere including one that looked bloody. Overall i feel like the property mgmt has best intentions but need more active oversight by house ans grounds keeping
