The apartment was very clean and had all necessary amenities for our stay- the queen bed was comfortable and the pillows were great. On street parking was available right next to the apt. We did note that the front entrance gate does not lock at all however and were unsure where to put our trash bag as we did not see a container outside the main door as was noted in the information book. Other than that, the neighborhood was quiet and grounds well kept. Was easy walking distance to the congress center which saves us parking fees.

This contemporary apartment is the perfect getaway spot. It’s in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the Georgia Aquarium (our goal destination). Clean and filled with all the necessities in a secured building. There are automated taxis in the area, DoorDash & Uber Eats. The host is super communicative and warm. We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas trip.

Great location in the downtown area. Walking distance to aquarium, world of coca cola, olympic park. Only issue, the "free parking" was slightly midleading. It is free street parking. No guaranteed spot. Georgia tech is nearby and when there was a game there was no parking near the the apartment. We had to park a few blocks away.

There was hair on the pillows and in the shower. The glass dome on the bedroom ceiling fan was missing an anchor bolt and fell off when turning off the light. Not sure the baseboards have ever been cleaned. Amazing location though. Easy in and out.

We were working a trade show at the GA World Congress Center and booked this apartment. It was closer than I thought and we ended up walking each day vice driving. It is also right next to GA tech college so there was always a police presence. I felt very safe in this location. I will book this unit again.

Great stay!

From driving 11 hours from Maryland to stay at this location, we were pleasantly impressed! The apartment was well kept and had all the qualities we needed for our trip. Comfortable bed, couch, and large bathroom were amazing pluses. All the go-to attractions were a short 10 minute walk away, and there are many food spots around! This location made our ATL trip so smooth and easy. Definitely would book here again!

Great but not a 3 minute walk to Aquarium

This is a great sized apartment for a 1 bedroom apartment. The bathroom and bedroom are big. Loved having a washer, dryer and dishwasher. It is nicely furnished and decorated. On the VRBO website it shows the apartment being 1/2 block from the aquarium and National Civil Rights Center but in fact it is a long 2 1/2 blocks away. We always had parking right in front of the apartment. I loved the quantity and quality of the Keurig coffee.

I would’ve given this property a five star review, but there were a few things that were disappointing for us when we arrived. The entrance into this unit was scary at best because it was a good place for homeless people because of the space user the unit. It was unkempt - not swept etc.The security gate was not locked. Upon entering the unit, there was a step down, but it wasn’t a step It was a small ramp. You didn’t expect it because it wasn’t marked. The only other comment I have is that the carpet was very old and dirty and needed to be replaced. For the amount of money we paid for this unit for the night we expected more out of the accommodations.

Perfect City Spot

We stayed for an event in downtown Atlanta and this spot was perfect. So many fun things to do within a walk or short Uber/Lyft ride away. Next time I come to Atlanta I’ll book here.
