Horrible hotel, outdated and cheap. Rude staff valet won’t help you load your bag. It’s never any bellman, I was personally insulted by the check-in person, the older white guy without a apology.. the only thing decent is the restaurant eat at Ruth crisp but stay next-door at the intercontinental , but this place is ratchet, ghetto, and unsafe
