Ebony at the front desk was wonderful!! Great personality and was very efficient checking us in. Only complaints would be the rooms and hallways are aged and quality of the rooms, i.e. the towels , bedding, window shade was tattered and torn, etc. were not the quality of any Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at. Just old. Very average hotel room. Room was clean.

I had one big issue with this property and that's when you check in that there was no space in the parking lot and I had to pay $25 a night to park and walk 5 minutes in the pouring rain. We checked in late at night. The staff explained the parking and to be honest if I would have known that I wouldn't have stayed there because the night we went it was absolutely pouring and I was soaked walking to the parking lot which is at least a good 5 minutes away.. Breakfast is outstanding. The rooms are beautiful. There was lots of options for breakfast It was like being in a restaurant.. Nice little swimming pool outside and when we checked in they gave us a bag with some water and pretzels which was really nice.. Aside from the parking it was a nice place to stay

Horrible hotel to stay

Staff was horrible. Stained comforter and bedsheets. Bathroom clogged. Sink clooged and focuet moving around. Called staff to fix for 3 times but didnt help and making stupid excuses.

during my stay there was hair on the towel they were dingy and linens dingy. The counters were oily The walls were blotchy like in mid construction tiles were cracked I am going to attach some photos. The photos do not do justice to the condition of the room, this is not what I expect from an establishment that I often visit that has a brand of this caliber. I'm usually very satisfying with my stay this time around. I was very disappointed.

The staff are fruendly and ho out of thrir way yo help. I'm very appreciative and even stayed an extra night. The places i needed were walking distance or a short drive away. Was here for a Residency, and was able to get out a little and explore the area. I'd definitely book here again.

Swimming pool was not one that was inviting for our family. We held our family reunion here and planned to enjoy the pool, but no one wanted to get in it because it was not appealing. Food area is very nice but it appears there's no one assigned to clean tables as guests finish eating to keep the place clean. Could do better with variety of coffee creamers. Food options are not great, particularly when there's only one source of meat...for example, on Sunday, sausage gravy as the only choice.
