Extremely disappointed - pets are $50-75 but nothing for them provided. Austin was terrific but other agent gave me attitude when I checked in over the very different fee rates between both Hampton two blocks from each other. Guests smoking pot in parking garage so building smelt like it. Brand new TVs that aren't smart TVs with limited streaming apps and no ability to mirror or cast from phone. Waste of money!!

I didn’t actually stay at the hotel. I booked the hotel but then within 24 hours had to cancel my trip but the hotel said no refunds. I was out a.LOT of money. I bought the insurance but after further reading the insurance was only if you stayed and tore stuff up.

Was not worth what I paid. Rooms were not that clean. Breakfast was average, they only have apple juice available AND the machine ran out and they never replaced it. Tissue holder was broke, scum on the bathroom walls and the elevators are broke down. The best thing about my stay was Ebony’s customer service and the area has a lot of walkable streets and stores.
