We should have been notified there was construction in the next building over, as construction started at 7am - even on Saturday. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on. Pillows were so small and thin - like what you would put on a toddler bed. Unmarked wall switch inside room door that controlled tv, microwave and fridge. Air conditioner was unable to keep room cool. Shower head was horrible for the size of the shower - water barely hot enough for 1 shower The staff was wonderful, otherwise we might have considered sleeping in our car

When I went to my room the door was open , the room was clean. I requested that my room be cleaned every day and they said they would . Room was never cleaned only given towels which I had to get from the receptionist

The room was dirty, the green frame around the mirror was filthy, there was a stain on the wall of the tub/shower. The chair was dirty with stains. The TV would not stay on even after calling maintenance and the fridge wasn't on and had to be pulled out and plugged in. Our room was over the pool and it was a party out there all night. Based on the conditions of the room I didn't trust the free breakfast.

For the price the room and service was unacceptable. We never did get the TV to work and staff would come look and fiddle with it and tell us if that didn’t fix it they would have to call corporate. After several attempts we gave up.
