Upscale property with wonderful style and decor. The modern design incorporated the multple silver safety bars in the bathrooms in an appealing decorative way. The room featured under cabinet lighting like the cruise ships which made it perfect for a family. Loved the king suite!

This property's modern design incorporates all the luxuries you'd expect from a high end resort. Their king suite was spacious and had easy access if you desired to add another room for family traveling. The design of the bathroom was perfect! They incorporated extra hand rails for seniors while making it part if the luxury design versus the an add on.

First of all it took almost 5 days to get my deposit that they "hold" until checkout. The hotel is beautiful. We stayed on the 22 or 23 floor. There was no fitted sheet on our bed, just the mattress pad and flat sheet. The A/C was so loud, I could barely hear the TV. The room only had 1 small mirror in the bathroom, so i called guest services and they said they had a make up mirror and would send it up, but they NEVER DID. The few days we were there, the ice machine on our floor never had ice. I had to go down to the next floor to get ice. Very aggravating. The pool chairs were horrible. The chair I got to lay on was missing a piece to hold the upright position. So when i reclined, the chair fell back. VERY EMBARASSING. The hotel does offer high levels of security . You must have a room key to open the door to the elevator. I did like that.

Upon arrival after flight delays we arrived at 3am. The overnight staff was nice and helpful but the experience was just poor. Our room I booked was not available, was transitioned to another room that was filthy. The bathroom did not appear to have been cleaned, mold everywhere in the shower and shower head. Very dusty and did not smelled clean. We had to wait until the next day to move rooms. Still not the cleanest.
