The hotel itself was gorgeous, the room however wasnt serviced once during the stay and the sheets had blood on them. I asked for new ones and never received.

Parking access needs to be improved

The parking situation is unsatisfactory . Unless you spend $60 for valet parking you have to park in an alternate lot quite a way from the hotel and walk back with your bags! I wont be staying at this hotel again for that reason.
