Great staff & a good hotel if you’re on a budget and are wanting to stay close to the city without city hotel prices. The area is safe. The front check in attendant wss very helpful and the staff was accommodating as well. Breakfast hours are from 6am-10am for early & late riser who don’t want to rush out of bed.

Arrived to check in and the staff didn't even acknowledge me for about 5 minutes while she was having a private conversation on the phone. The first room we were placed in had not been cleaned so we were moved to another room. No apologies from the staff for the inconvenience.

The room was clean, cozy and the staff was nice. However the only issue we had some of the lamps didn't work, we couldn't open the curtains due to having a chemo patient with us that wasn't feeling well so we pretty much used the TV for lighting. Other than that it was alright experience will probably stay again the next time we're having to stay over in Atlanta for doctors appts.

I reserved a handicapped room. The room we were given had a very low toilet. There were bars there to pull yourself up but it was not a suitable handicapped situation. There was no hot water. There was a standard bath tub with a transfer chair which would have worked except that the side of the bathtub was so high the chair was not stable when moved over the side of the tub. When we checked in, my daughter a CNA, told the desk about the inadequacies of the room. The desk called us when we were out and told us they found us another room. We went to that room which was a true handicapped room however this room had not been cleaned so we were right back to the first room which happened to be on the 6th floor. Needless to say we will never stay here again.

This hotel is in terrible condition. Actually has killed any idea of staying at a La Quinta ever again. I was on a business trip for 2 nights and second night/next morning I had no hot water in the bathroom...terrible.

Everyone was amazing housekeeping, front desk, staff maintenance, very kind very helpful. Rooms were clean. Everybody gave me everything that I needed and I’m always needy so that says a lot. Great place.

Overall, the stay was comfortable and the staff was friendly. One area that could use improvement is the breakfast. Adding more fresh options, better variety, and higher-quality ingredients would really elevate the experience for guests.
