《 NO PARTIES》 There is a $1,000.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the unit. Please be transparent and honest. Guests who are partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without a refund.

《 TAMPERING WITH SAFETY DEVICES》 There is a smoke and noise detecting device within the suite. For the safety of all guests and the property, tampering with or disabling smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, or noise monitoring devices is strictly prohibited. Please note that unplugging, removing batteries, covering, or disabling any safety or monitoring device will result in an immediate $250 fine per incident. These devices are installed in accordance with Airbnb’s safety guidelines and are in place solely to ensure guest safety and maintain neighborhood peace. If you are experiencing issues with any device (e.g., beeping, false alerts), please contact us immediately, and we will assist right away.

I had a wonderful stay at this one-bedroom apartment in downtown Atlanta! The space was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything I needed for my stay. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and major attractions. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive and friendly throughout. I felt completely safe and comfortable here. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Atlanta!
