Rooms are not what they are in the pictures. Horrible interior decor. There is no house keeping. Rooms don't come with tea kettles. When checking in they make you check in twice. Once for the hotel/room itself. Second time to get this fake wristband so they can take all your personal information, where you live/home address, what you are doing here etc. Rooms face very bright billboards that flash and shine into your room.

The room was so beachy and clean! The staff was amazing everywhere went, and we went to the lounge upstairs, the restaurant downstairs (the mac and cheese could have been better), used room service etc....we plan to stay there every year on our visit to America's Mart!

Thread count of sheets on Queen Softa. One was ripped. Blanket worn and not good quality. I did not know the resturant took reservations and we didnt get to eat as a priority patron staying in the condo. 19th floor bar was closed alot. Could not use resort bar credit.

Room was very clean, staff was very nice and the view was to die for! It was my wife birthday and they brought balloons, a gift basket with a bottle of wine. Never experienced anything like that before. I will be staying here again.
