We called numerous times for early check in, leaving messages and never got a response back. Finally when we arrived we were able to get early check in at no cost but we definitely took a risk being as it was a long drive. The room has no TV which was no big deal but be mindful if you’re traveling with children. It would have been nice if they supplemented the lack of TV with maybe a small radio. The hallway to our room which was on the fourth floor, smelt of fish. So bad they even had a fan blowing down the hallway 24/7. Overall for the price I expected a bit more better service and cleanliness.
