Everything was first class. The check in and out was easy and fast. The staff and especially the server at the bar and restaurant were professional and friendly. The room was one of the best we have ever stayed in. This hotel genuinely deserves to be labelled luxury.

The rooms were clean and spacious. My only issue in the room was that the bathtub did not drain properly while I was showering, causing water to pool up to my ankles. Additionally, the elevator took a long time to reach our floor, so my husband and daughters decided to take the stairs. However, when they reached the third floor, the stairwell ended and did not provide access to the first floor. We exited on the third floor, found another stairwell, and experienced the same issue each stairwell only went down one flight with no access to lower floors. This is a serious fire hazard. I wish I had taken a picture of it.

Overall my stay was pretty good. I did not appreciate the TV in the front room not working, wires everywhere for lamps and the tvs and the plumbing was crazy. Took forever to get hot water in the shower, toilet has a slow flush so you have to hold it and the sinks only got hot water so it was a little annoying. But with the Expedia price I didn’t mind these minor issues but had I paid their regular price per night this would have been unacceptable. Parking is $22/day as well.

Nice place and room. Only drawback was that the hot water in the shower would go cold quick and that if you tried to adjust it more the pipes would make a sound. But overal it was a 8 out 10.

The stay could have been a 5 Star but too many little things. Check-in was the biggest minus Star factor. Very rushed. Zero explanation of anything. Parking, location of elevators, breakfast, ROOM NUMBER, etc. (it was scribbled on the card. ) Then the room itself was relatively nice. But…so many things wrong. The pocket doors were broken. The rods were missing for the curtains. They were out of extra pillows and blankets. The couch had a moldy smell when laying on it. There wasn’t a bathroom fan so zero air circulation when showering or using the toilet. TVs speakers face the opposite room. So if watching both tvs at the same time ..any loud sound echoed in the other room. A lot of “ opps sorry “ and quick volume adjustments happened. Overall none of us got any sleep. The only saving grace was the breakfast. It was phenomenal. And the free Starbucks coffee!! Will definitely go to another hotel when visiting family.
