Overall was a great experience I love the fact that the kitchen came with pots pans plates and more. I extremely love the extra pillows that was phenomenal! Very spacious which is great when you are traveling with a child. Bathroom lighting could have used an upgrade it still felt really dark in there compared to the rest of the hotel room. Normally it's not an issue, however the faucets would only spit out hot water so I had to make a bath for my child and then let it cool. For me the water was phenomenal I love it when it's hot. The only concern genuine concern, is the Asian ladybug infestation because they bite they hide behind the curtains at the very top. there was some in the hallway as well.

First of all I booked a suite room that means it should be more convenient and comfortable with their amenities and stuff. The water in the tub was all black when I went for shower, plus there wasn’t enough towels for 2 people, no hair dryer and then there was a leakage from the ceiling right on my bed God knows what that water was coming from, the hallway smells horrible just like a fish market. There were spider webs all over the door. This just ruined my whole stay and my plans as well!!

I was very disappointed with the condition of the room bath tub rusty shower wasn’t working properly, no marks on the walls overall I’m not happy. One good thing I can say is the guy in the breakfast section was very nice and polite and the staff also just the way it’s being kept.

Has good breakfast included with clean dinning area. That was the only positive thing. Not friendly staff for check in. Had a Terrace room it was the most filthy room I have had in a hotel with cobwebs and dead spiders on the walls, tried asking for alternative room was told they were fully booked. Had dead bugs on the floor with flying bugs arround the sink. You could tell this room had not seen a good deep cleaning. The hallway carpets in the terrace are filthy and you can smell cigarettes even though there is no smoking sign on the facility.
