This property is a great value for Work-Teams coming to Atlanta, this is a no frills/thrills property, it's a very basic unit (only 24M from DT ATL). The development is old, and some properties in the development are in the process of upgrades while some are needing a facelift/cleanup We are just minutes from Historical Downtown Stone Mountain. (Great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars). This 2 Bedroom Duplex features a full bathroom in each bedroom (2 primary bedrooms, how cool is that!), Bedrooms are upstairs, making it not such a kid friendly unit. Large private fenced in backyard with patio to enjoy the nice GA weather. (although it is fenced in there are areas that are in need of replacement (it's not a backyard that your pet can be left alone in, although they will love to run around they will still need to be supervised. 2 Vehicle Limit.
***Government issued ID's are required to be sent in before your stay begins to rent this Home!
*** Service Animal's - We welcome them however you must provide 2 answer's
(1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? And
(2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform? We are not asking WHAT your disability is (as we know that is not allowed,nor is it our business)

My husband was concerned enough about the safety of the unit for our granddaughter that we left after the first night of a planned three night stay and moved to a hotel, losing quite a bit of money in the process. The Good: Very close to Stone Mountain Park and restaurants in Stone Mountain Village. Easy check in process. Hard surface flooring throughout the unit. AC seemed functional.The Bad:1. Obvious dog and smoke odors on arrival2. Mold on bathroom ceiling3. Entire unit in need of a deep clean. Grime on walls and floors. Surfaces sticky. Hairs on shower wall.4. Laundry room door half missing, with the other half precariously attached.5. Beds are actually cot-style with poor support. Linens in poor condition and no blankets or comforters. Oddly enough, there was a random cot-bed in the living room. 6. Main room TV not functioning. Did not try other TVs. 7. No curtain or shade on sliding glass door so no privacy at night.8. Though we did not see vermin, there was a sign up that stated no refunds for bugs because âthis is Atlantaâ. There was a plug in rodent repeller in the master bedroom. 9. Some outlet covers missing or damaged.10. Tubs backing up significantly during shower.I did notify management of our concerns when we left the first day. They said thanks for letting us know, but seemed otherwise unconcerned.I canât recommend this unit unless significant work is done on it. Shocked at the 5 star reviews, and questioning their validity.
All this listing on the surface appears very nice and has five beds all but one or old spring mattresses with no toppers and felt absolutely horrendous to sleep on and you could feel the bed frames underneath them a window was broken before we even arrived and while I understand it was a holiday I messaged the host saying this is broken still broken your handy person didn't show up I was then ghosted for my entire trip I then also message the host through both texts email and the app to tell them that the drain in the tub wasn't working and I had they needed a bath no answer complete crickets then on my second to last day the keypad stops working finally I call them and tell them I can't get in I get told all the system crashed it took your key pad access out which I'm sorry this is also supposedly a small company how the heck do you let this kind of stuff happen and again this would be completely understandable if this was a single owner but this is supposedly a company and then they're insistence to keep trying to make me pay for stuff outside the app please just be aware of all this if you plan on staying here the one woman I spoke to seemed very nice but whoever I was supposed to be messaging and texting could not answer the phone or the app
We were looking for a place very close to Stone Mountain Park and this home is very close. The hosts were super quick with responding to any questions we had.
This was a perfect location for us to visit our family. It had all the amenities we needed and great communication with the owners. Nice and quiet neighbors.
