Staff at the front desk, and valet were super nice and enthusiastic. It was quite nice. Place is under construction so a lil wonky figuring everything out. All in all a great experience. Will def be staying there again!

The property and the furniture are dated. The furniture and the carpet needs to be replaced and updated. Also, parking is valet only 50.00 a night. No self parking.

The future inside the hotel room is dated as well the carpet in the hallways. The hotel needs a major upgrade in regards to the decor and the furniture. Parking is valet only and the parking fee is 50.00 dollars per night. No self parking.

Loud at night. Many people up at all hours of the night. Second time here, still enjoy it but the place needs some attention.

The customer service at this historic Atlanta property was amazing! From the moment we walked into the lobby, everyone was friendly, welcoming, cheerful and accommodating (shout out to Avery and Joy!). The room was spacious and well-appointed, the front desk was responsive, the breakfast was delicious - just can’t say enough. Looking forward to returning!
