Overall our stay was ok. Unfortunately, I had to change room due to the air conditioning not working but didn’t have a problem once I was in my new room. On the last day, we woke up to no water because they had a huge leak in the lobby, after few hours and numerous call to the front desk we able to have a quick shower before leaving to the airport.

Room was clean, spacious, and newly renovated. I liked the chic modern style. Also, this is the first time I see a hotel room with a pretty large tv with your basic streaming apps. Staff was very nice and professional. I would book again in this hotel.

Was not the greatest experience. Fire alarms kept going off because of a flood on our floor of the hotel. The room that had flooded smelled terrible and there was no water pressure so we were unable to shower. Water was literally just trickling out of the shower head. One of 3 elevators were out of order

Did not enjoy this hotel and will not be back. Very noisy rooms and had problems with getting a working key to the AC broken in the room. Convenient to walking to Tabernacle for a concert.

VERY EXPENSIVE DATED HOTEL, BEWARE!!!

Felt completely "gouged" by this place. Staff was excellent, but $23 for the crappiest breakfast buffet & dated rooms w/bathrooms where the showers won't rinse out conditioner from your hair. 2 bottles of water on check-in, then $3 per bottle after that??? I know Paris needs a new house, but the prices for the very dated hotel were close to highway robbery. 2 fire alarms in 1 day, slept with room smelling like smoke, no, didn't sleep, 3 nights there, averaged 3 hours of sleep each night. The Hiltons should be ashamed of taking advantage of event attendees in this manner. Ordered hamburgers from their restaurant & they were so bad, that we left them, (hate wasting food!) & still had a check for 2 sandwiches & fries for $50. If you don't care what it costs then book this place. Otherwise, BEWARE!
