Located in the vibrant and exciting Midtown Atlanta, our fully furnished condo is completely ready for you to enjoy. Whatever you are seeking a short term furnished rental in the city or a long term housing solution, our condos are perfect for business or leisure travel. We have just renovated the unit with an eye toward detail and comfort. Our place comes equipped with full kitchen with Quartz counter tops and cookware and flatware for your convenience. You will see recessed lighting and crown molding, which gives each apartment a contemporary, vital feeling. Other great futures include hi speed internet and free parking as well as a washer/dryer in each unit.
Our prime Midtown location offers convenient access to Atlanta's numerous attractions, restaurants, business and entertainment.
There are convenience stores within walking distance, as well as a Trader Joe’s close by. Best of Atlanta restaurants and clubs are just around the corner and Ponce City Market is nearby. You can easily find your way to the Fox Theater and Atlanta Symphony Center for a show or a concert, High Museum and Woodruff Art Center. Piedmont Park, Botanical Garden and Atlanta Beltline are also within walking distance when you are ready for some fresh air or want to attend one of the numerous events held there.
Atlanta Aquarium, CNN center and Americas Mart are just a short UBER or Marta drive away.

Great location, clean, spacious property

Stayed here while in Atlanta for conference at GWCC. It was a great location away from crowded downtown area, and great value. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and easy uber ride to conference and local attractions. Loved small details in property like coffee maker with few supplies (life saver) and full fridge, dishwasher and laundry if needed. Owner very responsive. Would stay here again!

Clean, up to date, convenient

Stayed here with the wife and 2 kids for 3 nights. The place is clean and well-kept. It was easy to get in and out of. You can't beat the location, the park is a 5-min walk away. The bathroom is a bit on the tiny side, especially in terms of storing bathroom essentials, but otherwise great. We were mostly out and about, and did not use the kitchen/dining area much. If we did that, I might appreciate a slightly larger dining table with 4 chairs. Thanks for hosting us!

Great location, comfortable bed

We didn't spend much time here, as were in a conference the entire time, but the place was as advertised, the location was perfect for us, within walking distance of everything. The kitchen had everything we needed (although some salt & pepper and cooking oil would be great staples to keep on hand), and the bed was really comfortable. The closets didn't have any hangers when we arrived, but the owner quickly brought some in when I let him know. The only complaint we had was that the suite is downstairs and there is very little soundproofing, so both nights our upstairs neighbours came in at 3am and were VERY loud walking around and talking at high volume above our heads. My friend was on the pullout couch and said the conversations in the parking lot were also quite loud, as she was right by the door/window. But other than that we had a great stay!
