We did not have breakfast there, but we did have dinner. I would have to say the wait staff needs better training on serving and taking orders as well as our food was cold when it came to the table. They did compensate us for those issues, but that would be the only thing I would say needs attention

Outdated rooms, holes in sheets, broken towel holders, clogged sink drain, no answer from the front desk (kept routing to reservations in Houston, and they just transferred yet again to a no answer front desk). No chair at the desk so no way to sit down there. Was told mini fridge not included in our room but later was told it was complimentary. The plus was the Valet team - they were very friendly and helpful.
Clogged sink is the only photo I got. All else was abysmal.

Staff, ALWAYS amazing. Room, clean. Bed, comfy. View, stunning. Bathroom, spacious and modern. Amenities like restaurants and convenience of location, unmatched. Always a 10/10, would recommend. Book The Georgian Terrace! You won’t be disappointed! I just wish you could step out onto the balcony and sip a cup of tea while breathing in the fresh air, however, they are locked! Overall, wonderful experience!
