Set within a downtown high-rise, this entire rental unit accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. A mirrored vestibule leads into the living area, where warm textures and period artwork create an inviting setting above the treetops. The dining area offers seating for four and flows naturally into the kitchen, giving you room to cook, share meals, or work in a relaxed, open layout. With no stairs inside the home and elevator access in the building, moving through the space feels easy and intuitive.
Sleeping arrangements
The master bedroom features a queen bed, TV, and clothing storage, along with direct access to the full bathroom. A second bedroom, often described as a treehouse-like hideaway, includes a single daybed and a built-in desk overlooking the pool and surrounding trees. The two rooms provide separation for quiet nights, flexible work time, and comfortable rest for up to four guests.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.
WASHER AND DRYER: is on the basement level.
ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA
PARKING: Each reservation comes with one assigned space
TRASH: Trash can be disposed in the closet to the right of the elevator.
COMMON AREA MAINTENANCE: the building is undergoing maintenance from a recent fire. You will encounter fans and repairs in the common area. The unit itself was not affected by the fire.
