Our industrial meets Urban is nestled in a quiet but up-and-coming residential urban neighborhood of Atlanta which is currently undergoing a facelift. The neighborhood boasts of some cute new renovations as well as older homes undergoing their beautification process. This is a quiet neighborhood that is just a short walk to one of the best coffee shops in Atlanta, Community Grounds Coffee Shop, and Cafe. You can stop by to try their "nutty Professor espresso, amaretto syrup, hazelnut syrup, and cinnamon topped with Carmel drizzle" as you continue onto the West Side of the Atlanta Beltline. The west side Beltline is the latest part of the Beltline to open, and a great place to explore with the new breweries and restaurants popping up all the time as the older Atlanta neighborhoods get invigorated. The house itself has an Industrial City Vibe with an open floor plan and plenty of space to cook and relax together as a family. If you desire a place to stay in the city that is up and coming as well as just a short walk or bike ride to all the west side Beltline has to offer, then this home is ideal. For a little more hustle and bustle, the east side Beltline, which is a little more established is just a short Uber or Lyft ride away making our house a place to be.

We had a wonderful stay! Our group of seven felt very comfortable, and the home was both clean and spacious. Everything was well kept and made for a relaxing visit. One of the biggest highlights was the parking — the long driveway easily accommodated our three vehicles, which was a huge plus for us. The layout of the house gave everyone plenty of room, and it never felt crowded even with a larger group. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would gladly come back again.

Beautiful INSIDE!! But it didn't match the OUTSIDE!!

The inside didn't match the outside!! First of all, when entering the neighborhood I thought, I have got to be in the wrong place!! Then I thought, omg I have been scammed for sure!!! And we arrived when it was dark, so of course that made the outside seem worse than it was. This review is meant to be a good review because the inside was the kicker!! It was beautiful, spacious, up to date, and very accommodating!! The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom were great!! The owners were very attentive, and easy to reach! As we went out to view the city we realized the outside was not that bad, although I don't think the grass was cut before we arrived! But the back yard view was not as great as I hoped it would be, but I think it was something that couldn't be fix in a day, so I understood! Again, this is not a bad review just a honest one from my family and I eyes. Upon checking out, my daughter locked my truck keys in the truck so we had to call someone, the owners were very understanding and courteous as we waited. Thanks again Kellie and Lori!

Stay for Worship Conference

Great place for a large group of us. We had 9 people. It was great. Had a hard time keep the temperature comfortable for the third level but they had fans available. Neighbors leave you alone but I wouldn’t leave anything unlocked. Pretty typical for a big city like ATL though. Convenient to the Benz like we needed. Would use this place again for sure!!

Perfect for our stay

The property was very clean and adorably decorated. I didn’t recall reading that there were 3 floors but we put the youngest on the highest floor so it worked ok for all of us. Would recommend and would stay again to be close to concert venue.

My family enjoyed this place. Our daughter attended a function at the school in the neighborhood. We visited from Portland Oregon. Location is why we rented this house. It suited us just fine! Everything was clean. The stairs were the only hurdle but we knew about them going into the situation.

The location was great. The communication with the renters was amazing they answered all my question and communicated very well. They even text in the middle of your stay to make sure everything is alright and if there were any problem contact them at anytime.

It was said by others that it was not a good neighborhood, but the neighborhood was fine. However, it kinda wasn't too close to anything like downtown or whatever. But a pretty easy commute to everything via car.

The house was clean and decorated beautifully. Located close to several restaurants. Only issue I had was the hot water upstairs went cold after a few showers. Other than that our stay was fantastic and I would recommend the house to others.

Older neighborhood but great house!

We were a group of smaller families needing a place where we could stay together. This house gave us plenty of room and a large room for gathering. Problems with the air conditioning were handled quickly be the vrbo group. The house was in an older neighborhood, typical for Atlanta, and overall, it was a good stay.
