We are a few minutes from the Westend Trail of the Beltline, Lee & White Development, Mercedes Benz Stadium, AUC & Tyler Perry’s Studio. With 4 Bed/3 baths (+bonus loft/poker room) - we can easily accommodate 8 guests.

Located in an older quiet neighborhood. The house decor and design was very nice. The only issue was the towels seemed a little dingy and there were no dish towels in the kitchen. Other than that, we truly enjoy our stay.

Birthday trip for 4 people.

Everything was perfect! The house look just like it looks in the pictures. The A.C. blows very cold!!! I love sleeping cold. My family and i really enjoyed our stay. I didn't have to contact the host for anything. Will definitely recommend.

Beautiful home and location!

This beautiful home came with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. It was suoer clean! Trish was very helpful and instructions were nice and clean. The location was great for us as wewere minutes away from everything! There was a slight issue with the keypad upin entering at times but likely due to the battery. All communicated with Trish. Wonderful host! were minutes

Perfect Location to Both Arenas and Georgia Tech

We were in town to meet up with friends that live in Atlanta, and attend the Usher concert. The location was ideal. If you’ve ever been to Atlanta, then you know how serious the traffic can be, especially the day of an event. We were 12 minutes away from the arena and had no problem getting there and back. The house is spacious and has games and activities to keep you engaged in between activities or if you just want to hang. There are televisions in every room with access to television apps. This was great given that a lot of homes only have televisions in the main space. I had the luck of sleeping in the master bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room felt like a hotel room with all the space. Lastly, the hosts were extremely responsive and even checked in on us when we arrived to ensure that we had gotten in safely. Very pleasant stay.

Awesome stay in the ATL!

My friends and I had an awesome stay in this beautiful home. The neighborhood is a little older, so my all female group of 4 was a little nervous about the area and condition of the home. We were definitely mistaken. The home was beautiful and very inviting! The pictures of the home on VRBO are accurate. Each room was beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms, and the overall home was very clean. Communication with the host was great! Check-in and check-out procedures were clear. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this home!

Wonderful place near many attractions

I would like to thank Trish for her hospitality. The place was exactly as pictured. There was plenty of room for our extended family that traveled to celebrate a birthday. There was plenty of room to sit and chat, cook and eat. Check-in was easy. We were a bit concerned when backing out the drive onto a busy street, but it wasn’t bad. In fact, we were able to turn around in the drive and be on our way quickly. The neighborhood was quiet and nicely located to move about the city quickly. We had a wonderful time and would happily stay again when visiting the area.

Near Madea's House

Overall this property was amazing. Trish was easy to communicate with. She responded to emails quickly. She also tried to make the accommodations requested. The house was beautiful. The bathrooms were huge and spacious. The details were well thought out. There was plenty of space for my group to gather and socialize. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. There was outdoor seating for the smokers in my party. It was centrally located, and we were able to get allnover Atlanta in minutes.

Pictures don’t do this place justice

We had a great girls trip staying at this precious house. There were 6 of us and there was plenty of room. The house was clean and so cute inside. It’s really easy to get around the neighborhood and it’s just a quick drive to down town. Trish is an amazing host and was quick to answer any questions. Don’t pass this home up!!

Recommend for Local or Tourist

This location is located near downtown Atlanta with access to the airport and many tourist attractions in a 15-20 minute driving distance. The owner communicates great and we didn’t experience any issues/problems during the stay. It’s a mixed home design between quaint and modern which is true to neighborhood! Enjoy!

Favorite Atlanta house

My family comes to Atlanta for a conference every January and my daughter and I come twice a year for business. This has been my favorite house we’ve ever had. I felt safe in this neighborhood and house, whereas most stays I have not. And The pictures do not do it justice . So much better than expected!
