Summary:
Welcome to our freshly renovated and comfortably decorated 2 BR, 2.5 BA townhome, centrally located near Wellstar North Fulton Hospital, just minutes from Downtown Roswell, Downtown Alpharetta, Amerisbank Amphitheater & Avalon. You’ll find tons of fun activities and events nearby and are just a short walk away from beautiful Hembree Park!

Living Area
Unwind and relax in front of a warm fire and enjoy your favorite streaming service on the 75" 4k QLED Smart TV in the main living room or read a good book in the sitting area overlooking the wooded backyard area.

If you’re looking for a place to unwind and get some fresh air, enjoy the spacious deck with sitting area just off the living room.

Kitchen
Be prepared for a spacious dining experience with a well-equipped kitchen loaded with new appliances including a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and separate beverage fridge and wine bar. The open-concept kitchen includes a table with seating for 4 and additional seating for 2 at the floating shelf bar area.

Enjoy a full pot of coffee or a single pod in the Ninja Duo+ coffee maker. Many accessories including a toaster, toaster oven with air fryer & electric kettle are also available. If you need any other kitchen accessories, just send us a note and we will try to accommodate.

Laundry
Feel free to use the washer/ dryer all in one unit located in the kitchen behind the pocket doors. Laundry detergent is preloaded with All Free & Clear detergent. The detergent will dispense according to the load size and wash setting you choose. There is an iron and ironing board located in the primary bedroom walk-in closet for your use.

Upstairs:
There are two private bedrooms upstairs, each with their own full-size bathrooms. The main bedroom has a comfortable king size bed and 55” QLED 4K Roku TV mounted on the wall. The master bathroom includes a walk-in closet with full length mirror and a large walk-in shower with rain head and sliding glass door. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, study area, walk-in closet and luxurious private bathroom with tub/shower and sliding glass door.

Parking
There is ample space for guests to park up to 4 cars behind the townhouse and parking on the street in front of the townhouse is also permitted.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home for the duration of the reservation. On day of check-in, guests will be provided with a code for the keypad on the front door. Initial guest access will be from the front door keypad.

Awesome place to stay!

Stayed here for a week for my son’s baseball tournament. Wonderful accommodations. Perfect experience. Having a washer/dryer makes a huge difference when you have to clean white baseball pants. So much better than staying in a hotel. The kitchen has everything you would need. Bathrooms very clean.

Golf weekend in Alpharetta

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfect for us. The home is clean, updated, and just downright comfortable for a little stay away. It’s also very convenient to downtown Alpharetta restaurants and nightlife. If I am in this area again I will definitely stay here

Great location

This place is in a great location. Only a 10-15 minute drive to everyplace we wanted to go. We were 2 senior ladies 74 and 77. We parked in the garage as there was a railing to the main level. Front steps for us to haul luggage up felt a little unsteady. Place was so cute. Had everything we needed. I would recommend knowing your Streaming passwords as they are required to watch TV. Beds were so comfortable. Good amount of dishes and glassware. I would recommend this place.

Wonderful Stay

We loved our stay at the Sunflower Retreat. It’s a beautiful townhouse in a great location. Everything was sparkling clean. The kitchen is well stocked. There’s a nice little deck with a table and chairs. The beds were super comfy! Highly recommend. We will definitely return.

Hidden Gem

We originally booked this spot to be near Atlanta for a concert, that ended up being cancelled. we decided to come anyway and Roswell turned out to be a charming and pleasant surprise! We loved this sweet and updated townhome! It was easy to find, clean, extremely aesthetic, and cozy. We walked into fresh flowers on the table. We parked in the owners garage and felt very safe. The TVs are all smart with preloaded streaming apps. The beds were very comfortable! The home is a short drive from all of the Roswell restaurants, parks, etc. Me and my two girlfriends had a blast over our short weekend stay and will definitely be back!
