Good value for the price. We are in our 70's, so Truist Park is a bit of a stretch to be walkable. It is also a bit hard to access in traffic. I was disappointed that breakfast closed early (9AM) compared to most other hotels. My fault for not noting the time. I would stay here again.

I was charged twice for one night. Tried calling the front desk but no one ever answered. The hotel looks nice outside looking in but once you check-in you realize just how terrible it really is. It’s outdated & has chipped, welted furniture. I cleaned everything from head to toe upon arrival just from looking at the unkept lobby at check-in. Never again!

HORRIBLE- BE WARE if you have expectations!

This place was an absolute nightmare. Do not be fooled by the photos—they are completely misleading. The hotel is filthy, uncomfortable, and downright unacceptable. The shower didn’t even work, and there was a gaping hole where it should have been sealed. There wasn’t even a plug for the tub. The carpet? Disgusting. FILTHY. Grungy. Covered in who-knows-what. Bleach stains lined the baseboards, accompanied by some unidentifiable gunk. The entire room was coated in dust and had a dingy, neglected feel. It was beyond unsanitary. I’ve attached a few pictures, but trust me, I have plenty more. I physically could not stay here—it was that bad. And don’t be fooled by all those glowing reviews. I strongly suspect they were written by the staff or owners because there is absolutely no way they reflect reality. To make matters worse, I was traveling for business, and this turned into a massive headache. I had to check out and scramble to find another place to stay, completely throwing off my plans. The service was just as terrible—after checking in, I stood in the lobby for 23 minutes waiting for help. No one was at the desk. I even walked around, knocked on the office door, and repeatedly called out "hello"—nothing. Eventually, I gave up and decided to deal with it the next morning. The only saving grace? The young lady at the front desk the next day was kind and provided excellent customer service. But unfortunately, no amount of politeness could make up for the absolute
