Welcome to the Zen Den, a newly constructed oasis by Holland Homes, located just moments from the vibrant and eclectic East Atlanta Village. This artistic and sunlit retreat is designed for creatives and high performers seeking a serene yet stimulating environment. With a chef's kitchen, a spacious master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, and a guest bedroom with a convenient twin trundle bed, the Zen Den caters to both relaxation and inspiration.

Up a small flight of entry steps, the home is single-level, making access effortless, and includes a large walk-in shower in the shared bathroom. High-speed internet and a Ring security system ensure both connectivity and security. The Zen Den's location cannot be overstated; it places you within walking distance of East Atlanta Village, known for its colorful personality, street art, and variety of locally-owned shops, restaurants, and bars.

Please note: The estate includes a Main House available for additional rental in the front of the lot. Please be aware that if Main House unit is not also rented, there is a possibility of another guest being on the estate and the yard area is shared between the main house and guest house. While the backyard is a shared area. However, Zen Den interiors are entirely private
