Beautiful Oceanfront, 6th Floor Villa at Grande Villas Resort

This unit is located between Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle at one of the islands newest luxury properties in Indian Beach.
Down the hallway from the elevator, allowing you easy access to the unit, you will find a well appointed 1400 square foot luxury ocean front villa with an expansive balcony. The balcony provides breathtaking views of the ocean.
Back inside the unit, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, loads of storage and all the extras you could hope for such as a toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, ETC. Around the corner from the kitchen you will also find a large capacity front loading washer and dryer.
There are 2 bedrooms. The grand master suite features a walk out to balcony, a heavenly king size bed and large en suite with whirlpool tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a twin for extra sleeping accommodations. With a sliding lock-off door, this becomes a private room with en suite ... All beds come made with luxury linens and bathrooms have a starter set of towels for you and your guests.
There are multiple flat screen tvs in the space as well as wireless high speed internet access. No smoking. No pets.
You and your guests will enjoy the oceanfront Grande Pool and Pavilion with children’s pool, as well as the oceanfront fire pit. Don’t miss a beat in your fitness routine in the health and fitness center overlooking the Atlantic Ocean; featuring state-of-the-art equipment, locker room, sauna and showers. Guests of all ages will enjoy the Sports and Games Lounge with billiards, foosball, video game center, wireless Internet access and large flat screen TV. Osprey Club Lounge with oceanfront terrace and fireplace. Complimentary beach side chair and umbrella as well as charcoal grills are available on premises. Parking is limited to two spaces per residence.

NOTE, as a result of Covid-19, the fitness facilities as well as other inside/ outside amenities are not guaranteed. The state health policies and restrictions are changing daily. Please refer to local ordinances for further information. No boats, trailers or jet skis allowed on premises.
The pool can be heated for you during your stay for an additional $50 per day. Requires 3 days notice.
No smoking, no parties, no pets and must be 28 to rent.

Wonderful!!

We had a great stay at this property!! Enjoyed the beautiful pool and relaxing on the balcony. Very comfortable condo with lots of extra amenities!! We had a snafu upon check-in, but Stacy was great to work with and made things right!! Kids enjoyed the game room and we enjoyed the adult goodies in the welcome basket!! ;-) We'll be back!!

Summer Getaway

It was so nice to get away and enjoy the beach and the pool with my family. We come to the Carolina coast every year. We usually flip between Emerald Isle and Top Sail Beach. This location and Condo was perfect.

Beautiful unit on the beach

We have stayed at the grand villas the last four years. This was the nicest unit we have rented in those four years. The furnishings and decorations were perfect. The kitchen was well stocked. Owners generally will not promise that there are many condiments or other supplies, but we found that it was well supplied with many items. Stacy was very prompt communicating with us on a couple of minor issues.

Relaxing beach vacation

The condo was tastefully decorated and well appointed. The large terrace has stunning ocean views. Well located in mid-Bogue Banks with 20 min access to Emerald Isle to the west and Atlantic Beach to the east. Lots to see and do including NC Aquarium, Fort Macon & Beaufort. Great week.

Well kept condo with a wonderful view

The condo and amenities were nice and communication with Stacy was very good. Everything mentioned in other reviews was spot on and well deserving for this unit. This unit has a great track record on reviews and while I hate to mess this up, I honestly don't think it is the perfect condo because of the location. It is also possible that this isn't a great location if you have very little kids. Here is why we would have preferred another location. The location ended up being problematic for us because the closest grocery store was 20 minutes away and food was fairly difficult to find (of decent quality unless you wanted to drive again). If you needed something from the store, there go at least 40 minutes of your day just in the car. This location also has a few rows of winding steps to get to the beach access so if you want to bring a cart or stroller or more than you can carry, you'd have to go out of the complex to the public beach access area and go all the way around. Lastly and this was probably fixed the unit was super clean except for the coffee maker the master shower needs a new shower head and the other bathroom had a light out in the shower.

Great Stay!

We love the Grande Villas and this particular unit was no exception! It was well-decorated with comfortable furniture and bedding. The patio furniture made evening relaxation overlooking the ocean very comfortable... it's the nicest I've seen! The kitchen was well-stocked. We appreciated the 11 AM check out giving us an extra hour over many rentals. We will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful time. The unit was exactly as described and so much more. The view is spectacular and the unit is thoughtfully and elegantly decorated. Beach chairs and umbrellas are offered for free down at the beach and security patrols the beach making sure only tenants are using this portion of the beach (wear the bracelets). I highly recommend this property.

Was looking forward to great beach and hanging out by the ocean and that is exactly what we got. Practically a private beach! The condo was great very comfortable and accommodating! Local water sports and restaurants were great. Great history at Fort Macon! Missed the aquarium but will do that next time!

Exceptional unit, beautiful property

Unit was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and furnished with comfortable beds and all high-end appliances. Stacy, the property manager, was incredibly responsive and kind when we had questions. The pool and beach access were also wonderful. It was great not to worry about beach chairs and umbrellas. This was our first trip to Emerald Isle/Atlantic Beach area, so we learned a bit late that the best food was closer to Emerald Isle. Also, while we LOVED this unit, I would not recommend it for curious toddlers. Our 22 month old loved grabbing for all the tchotchkes and glass items around the place. We had to rubber band the cabinets, and put as many items out of arm's reach as we could. Also the back terrace, while amazing with a perfect view, made me super anxious with the half rail and a kid who loves to climb and a door that did not lock (maintenance was going to look at it). That said, we would definitely stay here again, just maybe when our youngest is a bit older or, even better, without the kids.

We had a relaxing and wonderful week in this beautiful condo. The pictures were exactly what we found when we arrived, and the supplies and amenities were beyond. Very well-stocked kitchen (i.e. cooking tools and utensils) and bathroom (wonderful and plentiful towels). Beds were cozy and everything was very clean and tastefully decorated. Views were stunning and beaches were not heavily populated and beautiful. While it was nice having chairs and umbrellas available for the beach (and they were plentiful), they were VERY uncomfortable. Ended up buying a few while we were there. And the beach team to set-up umbrellas was not around much. (Not a problem as long as someone in your party is able to do it!) Pool was beautiful, too! Highly recommend!
