Oceanfront Bliss In Atlantic Beach, NC

SeaSpray146 is a first-floor, 2- bedroom, 2- bath, 840 Square Ft. oceanfront condo with Hi-Speed wireless internet access. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. You'll also find a Keurig coffee maker, blender, waffle maker and ice cream machine. The kitchen area includes a dining table as well as a bar.

The living room features a 32- inch flat screen TV. The master bedroom features a queen bed, 26- inch flat screen TV with DVD player. The guest bedroom has twin beds which can be converted temporarily to a king bed.

Other features include bedroom ceiling fans, air-conditioning and a covered deck with two chairs. The deck can be accessed from the living room and the master bedroom. The condo is also furnished with a hairdryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, 3 clocks and 4 beach chairs.

The condominium complex features a coin-operated laundry facility, pool, kiddie pool, a courtyard with grill and walkway to the beach. NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere inside the condo complex or the balcony per HOA rules. Guests must bring their own towels and linen.

Vacation 2025

This is the second time we have stayed at this wonderful property. Not having to carry all of our things up several flights of stairs was important to us. Being able to walk out of the condo and onto the boardwalk that leads to the beach was ideal. The property is quiet and we felt so safe. Our favorite part of the day was sitting on the balcony in the evening. Highly recommend this condo and these owners!

Perfect location. Walkable to beach and pool. I wish there was a second sofa in the living room, but other than that the stay was perfect. My first time back in Atlantic Beach since 1985 when I used to go to summer camp nearby. Great value for a two bedroom, beachside condo!

Sea Spray 146!

We have stayed at Sea Spray before, but this stay was the best! We had a friend with us that is scheduled for knee surgery in a couple of weeks, and he had no issues getting to the room, and/or the Beach on the boardwalk with no steps (although the beach was much wider than it was the last time we were there) and once we were on the beach, we stayed till dinner time. The condo was just right for our group and instructions were clear and concise. Wanda & Ron were always responsive if we had questions, so communication was never an issue. The only delta for some was we had no cell service inside (SOS only) and had to go outside to make calls. But hey, for me, it just made it a bit more peaceful... I hope my review has not been too verbose, I just had a lot to share. We will keep this one on our list for when we return to the area.

A wonderful escape from everyday life!

We really enjoyed our week at Wanda snd Ron’s beachfront condo. Great to be able to sit on the balcony and look right out to the dunes and see a little of the ocean in spots where the dunes aren’t as high. Being right there in nature is amazing. It’s actually a well built building as we rarely heard other tenants. Condo is well equipped and it was also easy for me to work remotely as internet is fast. We are considering coming back the same week next year, that’s how much we liked it!

Nice beach condo

The owners were nice and kept me informed. Gave it 4 star on listing accuracy just because the sleeper sofa was changed out with a regular sofa. Everything worked out, my brother visited for a couple of nights and slept on the sofa. Condo being on the first floor saves a lot of step climbing. Two rule changes were new since our last visit to sea spray. 1 you are not allowed to hang your towels over the balcony to dry, 2 you can’t leave anything outside of the front door. Even a pair of flip flops, I got a knock on the door and the property manager had me take my flip flops inside. Overall it is a nice condo in a great location. Owners are great and I would rent it again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this great condo! 1st floor was ideal with kids ages 2 months, and 2 and 4 years old. Walking to the beach was easy, and going to the pool was great!

exactly what was needed

Condo was exactly as listed, clean and well decorated. One of the few first floor condos in Atlantic Beach with an ocean view. Keep in mind that the beach and dunes are wider in Atlantic Beach than some of the other NC beaches, so it is a longer walk to the ocean. Condo complex has one private beach access with a public beach access on the other side. Only negative for me (not a reflection on the owners or their condo) is the limited parking. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Property is in a good location near Fort Macon. The Unit is first floor and faces the beach. Pool and Walkway tot he beach are close and the place was nice, clean and easy to find. We will definitely stay here again.

WONDERFUL BEACH VACATION

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful property! It was beautifully decorated and well-maintained (the photos on the Vrbo website are accurate), there was ample seating inside, and out on the deck, and the kitchen was fully equipped. Communication with the owners/hosts was easy and quick, and check-in was a breeze. Parking spaces were sometimes hard to come by, especially on the weekend, and there are no handicapped spaces. All-in-all, we had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

Liked being on the first floor . Did enjoy sitting on the porch but the high dunes did not give you a view of the beach and the water except at a distance. Would have been nicer to be closer to the beach, a longer walk to the beach then I am use to.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was fantastic and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony every night taking in the ocean. As a family of 4 we still found space for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked and appliances were adequate for our cooking needs. We plan on coming back soon and staying here again.

Seaspray Stay 2019

We enjoyed staying in this unit. It is next to the ramp over the dunes. Very quiet sitting on the deck. Another unit we have stayed in had noise from the pool. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses and cookware for fixing food. There was a Keurig coffee machine but we prefer a regular machine, which we could not locate. There was a lockbox to obtain the key which we loved since we could go straight to the unit upon arrival and leave key and passes in unit departing....no extra stops! We are anticipating our stay again for next summer
