Private garden unit located on a quiet street, 1.5 blocks from the beach.
Entire unit has been renovated and brand new!

‱ 2 bedrooms have Queen size beds & 3rd bedroom is a Twin daybed with additional trundle bed for extra guests.
‱ 1 full bathroom centrally located convenient to each room.

OUTDOOR
‱ Outdoor shower for this unit is located on back patio. Please make sure to wash off any sand before entering the house.

Entire garden "bungalow" unit, as well as private backyard is included in this rental.

Please keep in mind that there are guests in the Main house.

I am here for you during your stay, or I can be invisible. It's up to you.
If needed, I'm only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. Please let us know if something is missing or needed at check-in. We can't fix the issue if we do not know about it. =)

North Beach, Ventnor City is close to Atlantic City's exciting entertainment, casinos, nightlife, shopping and transportation. Our community contains many wonderful restaurants, retail establishments, professionals and service companies.

Conveniently located at the North Beach end of Ventnor City, you can easily walk to many places. Located 1 block & half from the beach, access to Atlantic and Ventnor Aves where you can find Jitney stops to take you to other shore points.

TRASH
Trash day is Monday. 2 trash bins are kept on the left side of the home (when facing the house). If you are staying over Sunday night, we would really appreciate it if you could help us out by bringing the trash bins to the curb Sunday night, or early Monday morning.

PARKING
Unit 1:
Street parking is available first come first serve- We included 2 parking passes; you can put them on your car dashboard during your stay and park on the street.
Please be mindful and obey all street signs. We are not responsible for any parking tickets and or violations.

**PLEASE REMEMBER TO RETURN PARKING PASSES BEFORE YOU LEAVE-A $200 PER PASS FEE WILL BE CHARGED IN ADDITION
IF TAKEN. **

TV
We have a Smart TV in our living room area. We DO NOT have cable. You will be able to log into applications like Netflix, Hulu, etc...with your own credentials.

BEACH BADGES
We provide 3 beach badges during the Summer season- Memorial day weekend through Labor day weekend.
If beach badges are lost or not returned, there will be a fee of $75 per beach tag.
Additional beach badges can be purchased at Ventnor City Hall or on the beach by any Beach Badge Inspector. Beach badges are required for all individuals 12 and older.

BEACH SUPPLIES
During the Summer season (Memorial day weekend - Labor day weekend, we also provide some beach chairs, kid beach toys, and umbrella.
This is a first come, first serve basis with the Main House unit.

OUTDOOR SHOWER
Outdoor shower for this unit is located on back patio.

Noise level:
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.

If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.
Welcome book is located in the unit with helpful tips, useful information, and suggestions to help make your stay at the Jersey Shore pleasant!

- QUIET HOURS 10pm-8am; This is not a party house.

-We welcome children, but the house isn't childproofed so you need to use your judgement. We also do not provide any infant/toddler supplies. You will have to bring your own.

-Primary renter must have a valid, government ID on file.

- If there is any guest 18 yrs old or younger, the primary renter must be 25 years or older.

- Please make sure to keep the place as tidy as possible during your stay.
Additional cleaning fees will be charged up to $300 for extremely messy checkouts.

-Late check out is absolutely prohibited unless agreed to prior to arrival. Any late check out of more than 15 minutes will be charged $100 for every 15 minutes starting at 10:15, up until check in time (4pm). We have cleaning crews scheduled to come in precisely at checkout to adhere to normal cleaning and extra Covid precautions.

- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.

A very nice and clean bungalow, but we did not have hot water for 1 1/2 days, and the owner forgot to leave us beach tags, which were part of the rental.

Very Nice!

Descriptions were accurate. Place was immaculate. Host, Jeff was available. We only texted, it was sufficient for our needs, but responses were usually less than an hour. But really, we didn't have any significant issues. Outdoor space was very nice. We really didn't do any cooking, so I can't really speak about that. But microwave and refrigerator were sufficient for our needs. Only had to cross 1 street to get to beach block. Right around corner from Wawa, and only 2 or so blocks from restaurants we used. The only issue we had was the same one we have had any place we rented. We don't want the steps, so we rent the ground floor unit. When there are people above you can hear them walking around. After all, there are no rugs in a beach property. And again, not unique to this property. We were lucky, only had folks above us for first 2 nights and last night. If this matters to you, it's important to know. But for us, it is the price we choose to pay to have a first floor unit. We would definitely stay there again. Unreservedly 5 stars!

The property was conveniently located and had everything we needed, including an amazing selection of beach chairs, toys, etc. The hosts are super responsive and very helpful. Looking forward to coming back again!

Locked out for 4 hours

Upon arrival we found the access leopard not working after several delayed text we were told to check for a key in the lock box, which did not contain one. Then we were told that a locksmith was coming to unlock the door, they did a few more hours later, then we were told that we needed to change the batteries. This whole process delayed entry 4 hours. Then we were offered a $150 credit that was then reduced to $26. The patio in the yard was not clean and the shower did not work. Upon complaint, I was told the shower was self-explanatory. In order to get the shower turn on you had to go and access the laundry room from one of the bedrooms and turn the valves on which were not marked. They were also hooked to the washer. No way was this information Available and messages were not being responded to. I would not recommend staying here again, we were concerned that the code on the keypad was not changed and that there was also keys that were We were told from the previous occupants.

Cheer Competition

The place was very clean but I have a couple of suggestions. When stocking the place make sure there is enough toilet paper, there was no laundry detergent as stated in your book we had to go buy some. The pans were very used and food continued to stick to them even after trying to coat them with your olive oil. We understand your checkin is at 4pm but if the house is available and they ask if possible could they come in at 3pm charging for the time is a little hard to sallow. Hotels usually allow this if you ask.Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. In addition we found a little surprise under your kitchen table you might alert your cleaning lady to look and remove the content. Thank you

Great place for the cost and location-

house was perfect for our trip. A/C and fans made sleeping great, renters upstairs walking around wasn't the greatest, the beach chairs and wagon was a nice to have. many places close enough to eat, get beverages and a short walk to the beach. Just needed additional parking opportunities.
