Beautiful NEW construction (2018) is located in the heart of downtown Ocean City NJ. This is a first-floor condo located in the historic district on Wesley Ave. between 8th & 9th St. Leave your car(s) in the garage (and driveway) because you won't need to drive anywhere. This convenient location is in walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, mini golf, water slides, Castaway Cove & Gillian's Wonderland Pier amusements, restaurants, Wawa, Starbucks, grocery stores, Asbury Ave shopping district and so much more. You will have plenty of room for the whole family with 6 bedrooms (bunk room on ground floor) and 3 Full bathrooms. All the bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV's and the main living area boasts a 55-inch flat screen. This brand new house is loaded with all the amenities that you need for a great vacation: Key-less entry, 8 Beach tags and 8 beach chairs, Keurig AND regular coffee maker, and enclosed outdoor shower. The gourmet kitchen is nicely equipped with all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. It contains all necessities needed to make a big family meal which can be enjoyed inside in the dining area or al fresco style out on the spacious front patio. After a long day on the beach, there is nothing better than enjoying the warm patio breezes sprawled out on the couch while you sip wine or stretch out for a little cat nap.
You won't be disappointed booking your next family vacation in this NEW well-appointed home, located in the most sought after location in downtown Ocean City.

Check-in is 3 pm and check out is 10 am. We only rent Saturday to Saturday during the summer season.

Wonderful house. My friends and I have stayed at this property for the past 3 years. The location is perfect close to the beach and shopping. We walked everywhere. The owners couldn’t be nicer. Loved it!

From the moment we arrived, the property was exceptionally clean and well maintained. All of the necessary information was provided in advance, making the check-in process smooth and straightforward. The location was excellent—just a five-minute drive to ACME and within easy walking distance of popular dining spots and the boardwalk. We stayed for a bachelorette weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was exactly what we were looking for: relaxing, spacious, and comfortable!!

We stayed with another family. 4 adults and 6 children (7 years and younger). We had the BEST time. The house was immaculate. Plenty of beds. The older kids used the downstairs room with 2 bunk beds as their "play area". The front porch is amazing and welcoming. IDEAL location for families with little kids. It was only a few blocks from the beach/boardwalk. Very convenient and family-friendly location. Jay was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We definitely plan on making this a yearly tradition. Great condo and great location. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very well maintained and clean. Very comfortable for our family and the location was ideal. Perfect place for an OCNJ vacation!

The standout feature of this home is the enormous covered front porch which is perfect for outdoor dining, games, or just relaxing anytime of the day. The location is within easy walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, downtown shopping, and numerous restaurants.

Great last minute special getaway!

This property is gorgeous! What a special find last minute for a special birthday celebration for family members. Owners were very accommodating allowing a stay for less than a week. Location is great - easy to get to everything. Definitely recommend this property.

The wifi is weak towards the king/queen rooms in back. Maybe an extender would help?The grill was very dirty and smoked for a solid 25 minutes.There was no roku/sharp remote in the first twin bedroom(as you walk down the hall)We enjoyed the home and the location. Many beds gave us 7 adults and 5 kids ample room. We particularly loved the front porch area. Thank you for the no pressure check in and check out. Thank you for all the extra's of dish detergent/clothes detergent/trash bags. Very helpful!!

Amazing Family Getaway

In town for a basketball tournament, the property was perfect. Tons of space for the girls and separate bathroom in the big room made things even better. Area has lots of walkable fun for kids and teens. The hosts were excellent. Hope to return in the summer.

This house was exactly as advertised, spotlessly clean and in an excellent location. The owners were accommodating and quick to communicate. My friends and I were in town for a wedding, and this house fit our needs exactly. My only complaint would be the lack of included linens, but that seemed to be standard for all other places for rent in Ocean City. Very strange. The owners recommended a linen service, but we opted to bring ours in.

Family Vacation

This property is wonderful for a family to enjoy. The combined living area, dining, and kitchen are spacious. The sofas in the living room were large and comfortable. We had all of our 6 grandchildren, ages 5 months-9 as well as our kids and their spouses, which made us a total of 13 guests. A real positive of this property is the front porch. It's very large and is furnished with seating as well as a large dining table. We ate almost all of our meals there. The beach and boardwalk are 2 long blocks which can be a challenge with kids. I would guesstimate about 10 minutes with our crew. The only update to the desciption that would be helpful is to mention that the bedroom with the bunkbeds is on the entry level. We had to change up our sleeping arrangements since our grandkids and parents weren't comfortable with them being on another level. Although I would think that most older kids would love being a level away from their parents :) Despite upstairs renters the house was quiet. I think one of the outstanding aspects of renting here is the access to communication with the owners. Jay was so helpful and literally responded to my questions via email in an hour. I also called him once when we were in the house and he called back within a half hour. It really made me so comfortable staying there because I was well prepared for what I would experience and need. We were first time guests in OC and are looking forward to coming back!

Spacious rental

Comfortable beds, ample sleeping accommodations. Great layout, lovely spacious porchfor eating outside and relaxing . Kitchen was well appointed, Close to shops and restaurants, and ice cream. Beaches were very crowded. We ended up driving south a few blocks to have more room at the beach. The tenants above had quite heavy feet, so be aware that the house is multi tenant and there may be others living above you.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home! The house felt brand-new, was spotless and great location -- close to the beach and boardwalk. The front porch was an added bonus. The beach chairs and equipment were also in great shape. Tons of space for our large group. Highly recommend!

Property was better than advertised. We just love the layout of the house. Plenty of space for everyone. The amenities were fantastic! There is no way to beat this location in Ocean City. Just booked this property ASAP. Don’t let this one get away.

Great house, fantastic location

We just completed a wonderful week at this house. The property comfortably housed our 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The property is well appointed with a great front covered porch. Even on days when the boardwalk heat was oppresive, the house's front porch always seemed to have a ocean breeze! The property managers were responsive and friendly. We had no issues at all with our stay and hope to stay there again. The property location is perfect. It's an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. It is 1 block away from the main shopping drag on Asbury and a slew of good restaurants. Perfect!

Nostalgia Trip

Took family to Ocean City to go back in time. Vacationed here every summer as a kid and lived here in the early 60's. The house was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible to all activities. We did not have problem with the house and didn't have to contact the Rojohn's for anything. Rent or bring bikes to enjoy the boardwalk in the morning and to have access to grocery store and cafes without having to drive your car. The big draw will be the front porch. We spent more time there then we did inside. Able to visit and eat at those cafes and restaurants that were there back in the 60's. We live on the beach in South Carolina and my family and especially the grandkids want to go back. The vote was to stay in this house again when we schedule a vacation in the future. Best time enjoyed by all and the house was a big part of that.
