Guest access
âą This condo is located on the ground floor on the corner of Ocean Ave and 34th st. The 2nd and 3rd floors are not included and off limits.
âą This condo has private entrance with two private patios (see photos) with exclusive use to my Unit #2.
âą The only shared space with the other 3 units in the building is backyard gated area which includes the outdoor shower & trash area.
Other things to note
âą Must be 25+ yrs old to book.
âą All staying or non staying guests must not exceed 4 persons (not including under 2 yrs old) during the entire stay due to fire and safety ordinances. This will be verified prior to guest entry, throughout stay & upon checkout. HOA Policy.
âą Pet policy: Dogs only with restrictions. Must send a message disclosing dog breed and weight prior to booking the reservation. Must add dog(s) on reservation page prior to requesting to book which will add on a pet fee of $150. This fee is specifically for your dog(s) to allowed on the property and not used for additional cleaning and/or damages. All dogs must be house trained. Absolutely no other animals other than dogs including emotional support animals due to severe allergies no exceptions - (please find other accommodations). Dogs must never be left unattended or must be crated if left alone. Guests responsible for providing crates and puppy pads if leaving for an extended period of time. No pets on furniture or additional cleaning charges will be charged. Excessive barking is prohibited. This will be met with a friendly warning and must be rectified immediately. Other unit owners may have dogs thus all dogs must be leashed at all times when on property for community safety & enjoyment. Dogs must be taken off premise for bathroom use with immediate pick up, placed in bag and discarded in outside trash can. HOA Policy.
âą No smoking (cigarette, cigar, marijuana and/or vaping) of any kind inside the property. Detection monitors inside the unit. $500 smoke remediation deep clean charge for damages, immediate cancellation and guest removal from property. Smoking permitted outside in designated areas next to smoking outposts. HOA Policy.
âą No events, no house parties, no after prom/senior week rentals, or bachelor/ bachelorette style parties. Any unauthorized event or party is grounds for immediate cancellation of reservation, authority involvement and physical removal of guestâs and their property from the premises. HOA Policy.
âą Quiet hours 10PM to 8AM. Decibel detection monitors located inside the premise. Violation of noise ordinance will be met with a friendly warning. Failure to heed warning(s) may result in cancellation of reservation, authority involvement and/or physical removal of guestâs and their property from the premises. HOA Policy.
âą Prohibited from 2nd and 3rd floor areas. This area is not part of the downstairs unit #2. Outdoor security camera is present. HOA Policy.
âą Early checkins and late checkouts when available and reserved are not guaranteed and will be refunded if unable to accomodate. When available, $25 for 2pm early checkin and 12pm late check out. Extended late check out please ask. Failure to check out on time may results in $50 late check out penalty plus for each twenty-four (24) hour period (or any portion thereof) that you overstay, an additional nightly fee of up to two (2) times the average nightly listing fee originally paid.
âą Beach sand must be removed by outside shower or outside hose prior to entry. Any sand accidentally brought inside can be vacuumed immediately.
âą All guests are encouraged to purchase travelers insurance. Review and fully understand cancellation policy prior to booking.
âą Please understand this is a 4 unit multi-family vacation home, not a hotel. The HOA allows me to share my unit with you based on the specific rules listed above. Please respect all neighbors private areas to ensure communities use & enjoyment.
