It's lower level.

Great location close to restaurants and the boardwalk. Accommodations were fair. The photos look much better than what you get. If you want something for a few nights on the cheap, this will do. It's the bare minimum.

You get what you pay for

Location good, but you sacrifice for it. Can’t even open room door half way because it hits the bed. Have to turn sideways just to move in bathroom because it is so tiny. A/C is in the bathroom. Have to keep bathroom door open to get air. If you open bathroom door it covers the TV. Not exaggerating. There was no bulb in bathroom light because prio bulb was broken off and jammed. Had to keep tv on just to have a light at night.Bulb socket wide open in a bathroom. If someone is coming out front door when you are trying to come in, the landing is so narrow you could knock someone Down a flight of cement stairs to the sidewalk. Stay if you have tolerance and good medical insurance. I fractured a toe just getting in the tiny shower because there was an 8” piece of wood across the threashold

It’s an old beach hotel. Yes the room is small but the facilities are kept clean and it’s 2 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. Perfect place to sleep and grab a shower, the rest of the day is on the beach.

I found the room to be very misleading. It is a very old hotel that has not been kept up. I had no signal for TV. There was also a very musky smell in the room. I think it was very overpriced to be over two hundred dollarak

We enjoyed the porch area, but it needs better furniture which was dirty, some and some pieces had damage. The ceiling in our bathroom was missing a tile and the scary looking old lath exposed above was unappealing!! We liked the location with respect to the beach and boardwalk.

One of the parties was sick, we tried thru property owner and Expedia tried for to change the date, and the refused, so we lost our money, I have told family and friends of the very uncooperative management!

The staff was really polite and helpful. But the room was a little dirty and the bed felt like it had a grim feeling but wasn’t a big deal since we knew to bring sheets. Would stay there again but 100% recommend bring your own sheets and blankets.

Check in was easy and quick. Our roomwas available when we got there even though we were early. No issues. Bathrooms are SMALL but it as fine for a quick weekend getaway

The property did its purpose. Everything was actually good except for the shower. The pressure is to high and the shower head can not be adjusted. I have to wet my body then step away from the stream to soap up and scrub then strp back into the stream to Rinse off. I would do a night or two but anything longer get a better hotel. The dtaff is really friendly and it is convenient to the beach and shopping.
