Worst hotel and bad area and on ya website didn’t state guest had to pay for a lounge chair and pay 75 each person and make reservation to use the pool. Real bad not to let customers know ..

It was a great stay. The Centurion Tower has been newly renovated. While I don’t know the former aesthetic, these upgrades/renovations were tastefully executed.

Our experience with this property was mixed. The rooms were large and spacious, but the bathrooms had dirty hair sticking to the shower walls and appeared outdated. The beds were acceptable, but I accidentally booked a smoking room and was informed that changing to a non-smoking room would incur a fee of $168. The overwhelming smell of smoke in the room was irritating and burned our eyes. Additionally, both the hallways and rooms had a consistently unpleasant odor, which contributed to a disappointing experience overall. When I requested new blankets, I was told that none were available. Despite this, I would not consider booking again, understanding that this may have just been a one-time poor experience.

This was my very first time staying at the Cesar hotel. Check in was horrific. There was only 2 people and we stand in line for 50 minutes. My room was beautiful. But my refrigerator didn’t work and my bathroom smell like straight up weed. I ask to be in non smoking room. Somehow I still smelled it. When I check out the line was super long but I waited 30 minutes in line. Ask to speak with a manager and the woman ignored my request. She simple rush thru my check out. I wanted to go back there. But I don’t think I will be. First impression was horrible. I really expected better.
